A Dangerous Desire- Elijah x OC

Klaus looks a Vee with a new appreciation, "what a wickedly devious mind you have if you weren't already promised to my brother I would be tempted to take you for myself... in fact, I may just steal you away anyway."

"that will never happen," Elijah growls in warning.

Elijah looks over to Vee, "You've told me some of the story because it related to Freya but why is it you believe our Mother is so fearful of her sister?"

"It started right before Esther met Mikael. Your mother's village was attacked by Viking warriors and Esther and Dahlia were taken by a group of men. Your aunt protected your mother and was tragically abused in the worst way... and not just once. I don't think your mother ever fully appreciated that sacrifice."

No one had been expecting that part of the story and the atmosphere was now very somber.

Vee felt it was important to know part of the reason why Dahlia became who she was instead of just painting her as the villian.

"It took Dahlia some time but eventually she worked out a plan for their escape however your mother during the time of Dahlia's abuse met and fell in love with Mikael and no longer wished to escape regardless of what your aunt's experience had been."

"What a cow," Rebekah comments deeply disappointed with her mother's actions.

"Ultimately Dahlia agreed to leave without your mother and escaped from the village. It wasn't until a year or so later that Esther sought her out again. She and your father had been trying to have a family with no success. During the time since Dahlia's escape, she vowed to never be weak again and worked hard to increase her powers becoming a very capable witch. Esther begged for help conceiving a child, Dahlia warned her the price for such a spell would be very steep but your mother eagerly agreed to her terms desperate for a family. After Dahlia cast the spell she informed your mother that she would now be owed her firstborn and every subsequent firstborn child from the Mikaelson line."

Elijah alarmed looked to a sleeping Henrik but Vee placed a hand on his arm, "he's not of your blood he wouldn't have the type of magic she is after. Magic is what allowed you to be conceived and then when your mother turned you into vampires magic again remade you, that's what Dahlia is desperate to tap into, right now the way her power is able to increase over the years is only through her connection to Freya."

Relaxing some Elijah noded, still, he promised himself he wouldn't let his mother or Dahlia get anywhere near Henrik. 

"Wait if Dahlia is just a witch how is she still a threat, wouldn't she be long dead by now?" Bonnie asks.

"It seems craving immortality is a family trait. Dahlia created a spell that would allow her and Freya to... leapfrog through time, they slumber for 100 years at a time, only getting to live and age for one year before they are again suspended in time. Freya rightfully feels this is a curse but Dahlia included several protections for them as well in the spell, they can not be harmed... not even by themselves."

"Why would they want to harm themselves?" Rebekah asks,

"That's not my story to tell, I'll leave it to Freya to decide if she wants you all to know," Vee tells them feeling sorry for the eldest Mikaelson.

"So how would we convince my mother that her sister is awake let alone a threat?" Klaus asks.

"Right now your mother is in New Orleans trying to save your sister, maybe we can say Dahlia felt this and was able to awaken early?" Vee suggests not 100% confident in the plan.

"Can't we work to save Freya ourselves?" Rebekah asks concerned for her sister.

"Afraid she has to wait at the back of the queue sister, we're helping me right now," Klaus says

Rebekah rolls her eyes, "you've been a wolf for a few months Freya has been suffering for centuries, Nik!"

"You don't even know her!" Klaus argues

"She's our sister!"

"Enough!" Elijah says scolding both of them, "you'll wake Henrik. Bonnie just work on doing the transfer spell to a regular wolf, I'll find a candidate who is worthy of such a curse. Meanwhile, I already have witches looking into freeing Freya I will check in with them and see where they are. Now Lavender and I have a newborn to care for so it is time for you all to leave."

"So what, I'm just stuck like this for another month, no, no way let's find a wolf now," Klaus argues. 

"Wolves aren't that easy to find, you know this," Vee reminds him.

"If I'm not mistaken there happens to be one in town right this second,"

"We're not doing that to Tyler," Bonnie warns

"You've only just saved him from his father," Vee points out

Klaus growls and knocks over a lamp in frustration, "just find someone and fast!"

Just then Henrik wakes up from the noise and starts crying, his cries do give Klaus an idea tho.
