Janus got ready to leave, he wasn't in a hurry. Almost no one knew about the cave, after all, it was quite strange that no one knew the namesake of their kingdom, but Janus wasn't complaining, less competition after all. "Are you sure this is a good idea?" Sleep asked. "You do realize a dragon is guarding the cave right?"
Janus rolled his eyes, Sleep was ranked right after Anxiety, not quite a righthand man, but still trusted. "No, I studied the cave for years and know nothing about it. Because that makes sense." Janus turned to Sleep. "Besides, with your- surprising- amount of animal expertise, bringing you along will help."
Sleep put their hands up in mock surrender. "Alright, whatever. I wonder if we'll meet any hot boys on the way."
Janus sighed, covering up the small amount of sadness caused by that sentence. "Not everything is about boys."
"Yeah, I'm gonna dismiss that as one of your little lies."
"Whatever, we can't just keep talking, we have to go soon."
Sleep looked above his sunglasses. "You doin' good? Need some Starbucks?" (Yes Starbucks is a thing here, fight me! (Please don't I'm weak and soft))
Janus let out a long sigh. "You realize I took you to this specific spot because you have a caffeine addiction and there are no coffee shops here, right?"
"Yeah yeah, I'm Deceit I'm the bad guy who helps people." Sleep mocked Janus' voice. "I've had a huge headache for days now."
"That's just the addiction, it'll pass." Janus shook his head as Sleep held his head. "Now let's go, I'm done packing our stuff."
With The Others Because I'm Not Creative Enough
Virgil sighed, they were going on a trip to some magic cave that could kill them. Because that's smart and makes sense. Patton decided to join in case anyone needed help, why did no one know he used to be a healer? At least if someone got hurt they'd have a better chance at living.
Roman and Patton were loading supplies onto a few horses. Virgil and Logan decided to do some extra research. Logan because he wanted to make sure he was right, and Virgil because if he was going into a stupid cave, he was going to be prepared to fight.
