On Wednesday, it's another morning Cheerios practice, another day of classes followed by Quinn and Santana hanging out in the auditorium during their free period, and then finally, glee club. Santana was a little nervous throughout the day because Brittany was coming over to talk after glee, and she was worried about their conversation. She tried not to think about it as she took a seat beside her in the back row of the choir room.

"Mike, Ryder, do you guys wanna start us off today?" Mr. Schuester asked.

The two boys nodded, "Sure." Ryder says.

When they got positioned in the front, they nodded to Mr. Schue, who then presses play on the music. 'Stitches' by Shawn Mendes comes on, and Ryder starts singing. Ryder did most of the singing, but Mike did a little as well. There was a lot of choreography, which made sense because that was Mikes strongest area. At one point, Mike and Ryder ran towards the chairs and pulled Tina and Marley out to dance with them. Ryder danced with Marley and Mike danced with Tina, and then they briefly switched, and switched back to their original partners. Shortly after, Marley and Tina sat back down as Ryder and Mike sang and danced to the last verse and chorus. When they finished, everyone clapped.

"Nice job you guys! That was great!!" Mr. Schue shouted. "Brittany and Sugar, you're up next."

Brittany and Sugar beamed at each other and scurried over to the front. They started on opposite ends of the room, but when 'We R Who We R' by Ke$ha came on, they strutted towards each other. Brittany sang first, and then was joined by Sugar. They continued to take turns singing and singing together. And like Ryder and Mike, there was a ton of choreography which Brittany absolutely crushed. Sugar was good too, but when Brittany danced, you just had to watch her. At one point, Brittany did a kart wheel into a split, which caused Santana and a couple other members to cheer. When the music stopped, Brittany and Sugar each struck a pose and everyone applauded.

"Wow!!" Mr. Schuester yelled. "That was amazing you guys!!!" Brittany and Sugar sat back down and high fived some of the people sitting around them. "Ummm why don't we have Marley and Mercedes finish us off today."

Marley and Mercedes smirked at each other, and nodded. They walked to the center of the room, and faced the rest of the club. When the music for 'I Know Where I've Been' from Hairspray came on, everyone couldn't help but be captivated by the anticipation. Singers like Queen Latifah and Jennifer Hudson have sung this song. You need a killer voice in order to pull it off, and everyone was itching to hear Marley and Mercedes do it.

[Mercedes: ]
"There's a light in the darkness
Though the night is black as my skin
There's a light burning bright
Showing me the way
But I know where I've been"

[Marley: ]
"There's a cry in the distance
It's a voice that comes from deep within
There's a cry asking why
I pray the answer's up ahead, yeah
'Cause I know where I've been

There's a road we've been travelin'
Lost so many on the way"

[Mercedes: ]
"But the riches will be plenty
Worth the price"

[Mercedes and Marley: ]
"The price we had to pay"

[Marley: ]
"There's a dream in the future
There's a struggle that we have yet to win"

[Mercedes: ]
"And there's pride in my heart
'Cause I know where I'm going, yes I do"

[Marley and Mercedes: ]
"And I know where I've been, yeah"

[(Marley) and Mercedes: ]
"There's a road
(We must travel) We must travel
(There's a promise) There is a promise
(We must make) That we must make
(But the riches) Oh but the riches will be plenty, riches will be plenty, yeah
(Worth the risks) Worth the risks and the chances that we take"
