jungwoo stared in confusion at the pattern of ones and zeros. what did it mean? it just keeps getting more and more confusing. why can't she just leave me alone.. he thought

he sat in the park at a bench doing his homework quietly, it was his favourite spot in the city and not many people knew he even went there. a figure proceeded to slip right next to him

"hello jungwoo," jung hwan smiled widely at him, she made him flinch severely.

"u-uhm hi?" he made out, he wasn't comfortable with speaking to people he didn't know so it placed him in an awkward situation.

"fancy seeing you here, what are you doing right now?" she slightly leaned her head on his shoulder making him freeze in place.

"uhh i-im actually d-done here.. i-if you could m-move.." he quickly tried to pack up his things but she didn't move.

"aww come on jungwoo! how about we go get drinks or food yeah?" she attempted to push him to come with her

"no thanks.. me and my r-roommate were going to go out later today.." he made up a believable excuse. him and lucas were gonna go out, just not today

"oh where to? i could hang out with you guys!" her smile gradually became brighter

"it's a u-uh guy.. thing.." his hands were slightly shaking but weren't extremely noticeable

"what a shame, well let me know if you want to hang out later this week, here's my number" she passed him a piece of paper and stood up walking off joyfully

he let out a shaky breathe, make sure the coast was clear he ripped up the piece of paper and threw away in the trash before jogging off back to his dorm

it's not safe here anymore..
