Chapter 32 - Friendzoned

"Wait. He really did that?" you almost snorted your tea out your in laughter. Alex was telling the story of how his brother, Kai, had gotten locked inside the bathroom and couldn't get out so he took the window and got stuck so they had to call the fire department to get him out.

"Yeah." He chuckled along, when someone behind your date distracted you.

What is he doing here?

Catching on that your eyes wasn't him, Alex finally bothered to look behind to find a strangly tall and fit man with a black shirt tucked into his loose camouflaged cargo pants with big black boots and a black military cap resting on his black mullet hairstyle.

"No, no, no-" you mumbled, trying to cover your face with your hands.
"This isn't happening."

"Hey, I recognize that bastard-" he grinned, slapping his knee.

"That's Taehyung. He enlisted recently but he's one of the strongest motherf*ckers there."

Before you could stop him, he raised his and yelled out loud.
"Oi, Taehyung-ah!"

The man he called for turned around in confusion only to his crush and senior waving at him, a charming smile was sent back in return.

"Hey, hyung!" He walked past all the chairs and tables before standing in front of you.

"What are you doing here?" Alex leaned back and crossed his arms.
"Nothing really, just enjoying my free day." first now his eyes averted over to you.

Why Is he so relaxed?

The usual Taehyung you knew was way more anxious and moody but it was nice seeing him like this.

"We're not doing nothing either, just handing out." you scoffed, clearly taken back by how he saw your 'date'.

"That must be nice." his dark orbs still hadn't left your frame, they were almost glued to you.

"Hey um, if you want to you can sit with us. Ah... only if you want." The slurp you took of your drink almost flew out of your mouth again in shock. You had been friendzoned and this was just a friendly date.

Trying to ignore the giant slap in the face, Taehyung interrupted your thoughts still smiling at you," I'd love to, let me just go get my drink and I'll be back." He gently caressed your shoulder and left.

This was NOT going your way.

Anyway, I've decided to change Y/Ns age. I thought it was fine to have her be 17 and Taehyung 19, but the more I thought about it, it became really inappropriate so I changed her age to 18 so she was an adult and she'll be the oldest of her group.
