Dear Chen,

I did some research. Apparently there are three main ways to process certain emotions, such as anger.

One is to expressive. It most likely means being respectful to yourself and others.

The next is suppression. The aim is to inhibit or suppress your anger and convert it into more constructive behavior.

The last is to be calm. Meaning, you have to take steps to lower your heart rate and let the feelings subside.

I spent time doing the research,

Yoojin.

Dear Yoojin,

You amuse me sometimes. You actually did some research!

Anyways, I do agree with you and the website, but how about the other emotions?

Stress and depression. How do we deal with these only too common feelings?

I have suffered greatly because of all of those, but I only went with the flow and made time heal all my wounds.

Certainly though, there must be a way to heal those emotions more directly?

I am awaiting your next research,

Chen.
