Chapter 3

The Avengers

" Oh my God! " Banner exclaimed. " I've been asking you guys to stop since last 15 fucking minutes. There's something-" Before she could complete, there was a blast between all of them and Y/n went flying all the way back and hit the wall. She grunts as she falls to the ground with a thud and felt someone helped her up.

" You okay? " Tony asks and she nodded.

" Go, I'll be fine. " She urged him and he ran off to put on the suit. Y/n added the earpiece and dusted herself. There was a nasty cut on her cheek and forehead.

She pushed the thoughts aside and went to grab her weapons. Taking all of her things, she made her way to Loki's cage. She ran past the agents that were running around and heard another blast. She ducked out of instincts, forming a protective shield around herself and realised it's far.

She ran up the stairs and gasped. Loki was coming out of the cage and she stood their frozen as none other than Agent Barton pointed a gun at her forehead.

" No. Leave her be. " Loki says almost immediately and Y/n uses that as an opportunity and grabs Clint's arm, smashing him in the nearby wall and ran upto Loki.

" Don't-"

" No! " Thor yelled and Y/n jumped out of her skin, taking a step back and she lost her footing, free falling, before she could balance herself, she landed on the floor with a thud and groaned. She felt her brain go all fuzzy and her vision blurred.

She got up and managed to float upwards, her eyes widening as she found the cage now gone and Agent Coulson on the ground. Loki was leaving with Barton.

" No! Hey, keep your eyes open. " She stumbled towards Coulson and knelt beside him. " Please, keep your eyes open. "
She states, placing a hand on his wound, Loki turned around for a second.

" You're gonna loose. " Coulson says and Loki stopped, turning to him. " Am I? " He asks and Y/n tried to keep up with the healing process. " Don't move, let it be. " She begged, trying to get Coulson to stop moving.

" That's your disadvantage. " Coulson says again and Y/n clenched her teeth.
" How is that-"

" Shut up! He's dying! " Y/n yelled tears spilling down her cheeks as she frantically tried to heal him.

" You lack conviction! " Coulson says and before Loki could say anything, he shoots at him. Loki goes flying back and Y/n winces.

" Fury, come to the Coulson, now. " She says in the earpiece and looked the agent.
" Don't move. ' she says sternly and he grabbed her hand. " It was nice meeting you, Miss L/n."

" No, let me just-"

" Coulson, stay awake. " Fury walked in.
Y/n watched he talked to Fury before the light in his eyes disappearing. Y/n gasped, suddenly feeling she's been ripped and everything went back.

Y/n was carried to a room by the Meds, Tony already being there. " What the hell? I forgot she was even here. What
happened? " He asked and Fury looked at him. " Coulson is down. Just as he died, she gasped and fainted. "

" Shock? " Tony asks softly and Fury shook his head, indicating he doesn't know. Tony sighed and stabalized her, aiding her cuts and wounds, to his surprise, healed by themselves in a few minutes.

Y/n groaned and her eyes shot open.
" Stay still. " Tony says, grabbing both her shoulders and pinning her down. She gave up, realsing what had happened and looked at Tony. " What happened? " She asked, her voice sore.

" Uh.. Well, you fainted when
Coulson.. "

" Died. Yeah, I was there, right. " She mumbled and Tony looked at her, debating whether to ask her or not.
" What actually happened? " He asks and Y/n looked at him intently.
