Percy's POV:

I sat in the car, beaming from ear to ear. I currently had the energy to start jumping around. Ace had promised to fetch Jason and Leo and that gave me the adrenaline. I started to get thirsty and rummaged around the car. Ace plucked out 3 bottles of iced tea, careful not to spill them. 

I pulled out my phone and played around. I grinned when I saw Jason coming into the car. "HEY!!" "HI!!" We dipped into an irrelevant conversation about elephants. Leo stumbled in, soon enough. We stopped at McDonald's and ordered some food. 

Ace's eyes nearly bulged out of its sockets when he saw Leo nearly spill his coke. "You guys are like 3-year-olds." Leo scoffed, acting offended. "Ace, how dARE you insult me? The McShizzle." Ace groaned. "I will break your Mcshizzle junior if you drop your McCoke."

It was a huge mess in there until Ace pulled up in front of the set. Leo, Jason, and I squealed like baby piglets. Ace stayed in his seat, driving to the parking lot, first.  Jason and I waved at Ace and rushed in. Leo gave him a peck on his cheek and sashayed away. Ace rolled his eyes. Whatever. He loves us.

I saw a half of the cast already there. The makeup and set crew running around frantically. Leo and Jason laid their hands on their hips and sashayed to Annabeth. "Oh my gods, Annabeth. I DIG THESE LOCKS." She giggled. "Thanks, Leo." "Okay, but girl, those eyes. It's gorgeous." She broke into fits of laughter at Jason and Leo's antics. 

I felt a hand prop on my shoulder. I turned to see Will. "Hey Will, how's Nico doing, by the way?" Will smiled at me. "He's a bit busy with his new album. Thalia's going a bit harder on him after he called her hair sticky and gross." Our conversation was cut off by someone clearing their throat. "Good morning, everybody. I am Chiron, this is Mr. D. We're the directors of this film. I'd like to thank everybody for coming." 

I noticed Annabeth staring at Chiron with wide eyes. I recognized the two of them. They were undoubtedly one of the most successful directors in the showbiz. I've even acted in a couple of their movies. I'm not going to lie, their films had played part in the rise to my fame. He sent me a smile before walking to his seat. Ace came in to check on Leo, Jason, and me. 

When we started, it was going great. Some scenes were done in the first go, and things went smoothly. When the lunch break came, Jason, Leo, and I rushed to our trailer. Jason gushed about how pretty Annabeth was, Leo occasionally butting in to agree. Leo seemed to be out of it. "Have you seen Calypso, though?"

I froze up. Jason broke into fits of laughter. "Dude, that Percy's ex." Leo went silent for a while then grinned. "One man's trash is another's treasure. She's far from trash though. It's Percy that's trash." I rolled my eyes, but I couldn't keep in the grin breaking on my features.
