Hello friends!
It is lil ol' me. Nearly 5 years later I think, phew. So if you're still reading this book or have read it in the past or even just get notifications because it's in your library or on your reading lists, I am here to comment on a couple things since I still get wild notifs about it.
So I wrote this when I was probably 14/15 years old and my current 19 year old self genuinely, GENUINELY, cannot stand a large portion of it. I love where I wanted to go with it, what I had wanted to do. But there are just too many questions when I read it now. Too many things I rushed through. Too many things that just, yikes, shouldn't be here. So I have decided to give it a little makeover, if you will.
Starting today I am going to do my best to rewrite each chapter; new chapters might erupt out of it, more details might be added, characters might just change. This could ultimately shift from a marianas trench fanfic into a full blown fictional novel on a girl who grew up around a band that made it big(unless u guys wanna stick with marianas trench I won't take it away from you if you prefer it). Some chapters, like chapter 13(god fuckin Christ that's a disaster), will literally get thrown out the window because I wanna throw up when I look at it. But that's my little update!
Please comment if you'd prefer to shift away from marianas trench and use a similar name base but stray more towards pure fictional characters or if you would prefer this stays the same!
Thank you guys so much for the support I receive on this roller coaster of a story to this day! I am super appreciative and it is what drives me to want to make this better!
