Michael's POV.

I nervously waited in front of the jewelry store waiting for Calum and Ashton. I've never been more nervous in my week, but I absolutely can't wait to make Luke mine forever. I was ready to ask him to marry me, and I think he is too. It's been a few weeks since our last argument, the whole slapping situation, and I feel like Luke honestly trusts me 110% again.

Tonight was the night of the concert, and also the night I wanted to pop the question. I told him I was gonna go drop Logan off at my mums, which I did, then go get a few things from Calum's house, and then the store.

I saw Ashton's black car pull up, and I smiled nervously when they got out, walking over to me. "You ready?" Ashton asked, pointing to the Kay jewelers entrance. Every kiss begins with Kay, right? I hope that the concept for Luke. Man I hope he says yes.

I nodded, and we walked in. It was empty. Nobody was there. A lady who looked in her twenties approached us, and smiled. "Can I help you boys with anything?" She asked, folding her arms over the display cases.

"Yes. Actually I need to find an engagement ring for my husband." I said, and she nodded. "Maybe nothing too flashy? Do want something simple, or do you want a big stone?" She asked.

"Simple, but not cheap. I don't know if he would really want anything big." I said, and she nodded, leading us to another display case. She pulled put two trays full of rings, and me, ash, and cal looked through them. We narrowed it down to four.

There was a simple gold band with small silver diamonds inside, something I could see Luke wearing. There was another one that was a there was a silver band with tiny diamonds lining the side. There was another one that was a black band with black diamonds inside, and just a simple silver band.

We eliminated the plain silver band because it looked too cheap. We settled on the gold ring, and I told the woman Luke's ring size. She led us over to the cash register, and I handed her my card. She swiped it, and smiled, handing it back to me. She put the ring in a black velvet box. The polished gold really stood out on the black. She put it in a bag, and handed it to me. "Thank you." I said, before we all left.

I walked back over to my car, and leaned on it. "This is the most stressful day of my life." I groaned, and Calum patted my back. "It'll all be worth it in the end." Ashton said and I nodded. "Thanks guys." I said, and stepped into my car.

I turned it on, and pulled out of the parking lot. The whole way home, i dont know my mind was really clouded. What if he doesn't say yes? We have a kid, there's no way way he won't say yes, but just what if.

I shook my head and took my eyes off the road for a second.

I looked back up, and saw I was on the wrong side of the road. I quickly turned my wheel and groaned as everything became cold. This can't be happening right now. I shook my head and just wanted this feeling to go away.

I looked down at the now-cold-coffee that was all over my lap. I groaned, trying to just focus on the road and get home. Now I have to take a shower, and what if were late? Ugh. I have 5 hours. I need to shut up.

I sighed as I pulled into the driveway. I hid the ring in the compartment under the cup holders, and got out of the car. I waddled into the house with the coffee making my pants stick to my legs more that they usually do. I opened the door, and walked in. I shut the door behind me and removed my pants right then and right there. I left them by the door, and let my T-Shirt hang down to my thighs.

My mum was staying with my aunt for a weekend, so I didn't have to worry about her yelling at me for not picking up after myself.

The house was silent, and I wandered where Luke was. He wasn't in the living room, so I tiptoed up the stairs. I opened my bedroom door, and saw him curled up on my bed. The blankets were thrown over him, and he laid there watching tv.

"Mikey!" He squealed, and I walked over to him. He sat up, and I crawled into bed with him, hugging him tightly. "I love you so much." I whispered. I felt him wrap his legs around my waist, and sit on my lap. He snuggled his head into my neck, and I kissed the top of his head. "I love you too." He mumbled, looking up, and kissing me on the lips quickly.

"You smell like coffee." He whispered, and I laughed. "Yeah. I spilled it on my pants the way home." I said, and he laughed at me. I rolled my eyes, but grabbed his hand, sitting up. "Come shower with me?" I pouted, and he laughed, nodding, and leading me to the bathroom. I shut the door behind us, and grabbed two towels. I sat them on the sink counter, and turned to Luke. I pulled his shirt over his head, and he was completely okay with me doing it which made me even happier to know he was secure with his body around me. I unbuttoned his jeans, and he slid them off. He pulled my shirt over my head, and leaned onto my chest, pressing a small kiss to it.

We both took off our boxers, and stepped into the shower. I wrapped my arms around Luke, and let the warm water run down his back. He laid his head on my shoulder, and loosely hooked his arms around my waist.

We pulled back, and did all the stuff that was necessary for a shower, and I turned off the water. I watched as Luke stepped out of the shower, shivering. I picked up a towel, and wrapped it around his waist. I picked up the bigger towel, and wrapped it around his shoulders, and trying to make it cover his whole body. "Are you warm?" I asked, and he nodded. He followed me out to the bedroom. I pulled out a pair of boxers for him, and some for myself. I changed into mine quickly, but he just stood there.

"What's wrong baby?" I asked, and walked over to him. "If I move the towel, I'll be cold." He said quietly, and I chuckled, removing the towel for him. I could see him shivering, but I helped him step into his boxers. Once they were on, I helped him into a pair of my sweatpants, and folded the top over so they would stay on him better. He's lost a lot of the weight from having Logan, so now he's back to his skinny self.

I pulled my sweatpants up myself, and then walked over to Luke. I pulled his chest into mine, and wrapped my arms around his shoulders. His arms tangled around my waist, and he laid his head down on my chest. I laid my head down on top of his, and rubbed his shoulder with one of my hands. "I'm so in love with you." I whispered. I hugged him tighter, and I felt him place a kiss to my shoulder. We stayed like that for a few more minutes, until we finally pulled back.

"Let's get ready." I said, and kissed his forehead. He nodded, and walked over to the closet. I watched as he rummaged through shirts, biting his lip, trying to decide if he wanted it or not. He settled on a baseball style shirt that had royal blue sleeves. I walked over to the closet once he was done, and got a white shirt that had a smiley face in the middle of it. I wore that with a grey jacket, and black jeans, along with black vans.

Once I was all dressed I sat on the bed, and waited for Luke. He walked out in the baseball shirt, dark skinny jeans (that surprisingly didn't cling to his legs as tight as they usually do), and black vans. His hair was pushed up in a perfect quiff, and I know he used makeup because I haven't seen him wear it in so long. He smiled at me, and I just looked at him with my mouth and eyes wide open. "How do I look?" He asked, pushing the tips of his feet together, and nervously playing with his fingers.

I stood up slowly, and walked over to him, grabbing his tiny hand. "You look absolutely beautiful." I whispered, and kissed the crook of his neck softly. "Really?" He asked, and I pulled back. "Of course baby. You always do." I said, running my thumb over his cheek. "Okay." He whispered, and grabbed my hand again. He pulled me over to the bedroom door, and I grabbed my phone, stuffing it in my back pocket.

"You ready?" I asked, and he nodded, lightly smiling up at me.
