I wasted no time getting my car keys and getting in my car, Michael following behind. I'm gonna drive to the park where they went to and start searching from there. I hope to find him soon. I need to know he is okay.

''He can't be that far,'' said Michael, earning a glare from me. ''I'm trying to be optimism..''

''Well, you can stick your optimism up your ass.'' I don't like being mean to my best friend but I have all the right to me mad at him right now. He fucking lost my most precious possession. ''This is all your fault.''

''I know. And I apologized! Thousand times.''

''I don't want your apologies, I want-''

''Ashton, I know.'' He sighed. ''I'm sure he's fine. Don't worry.''

''Ashton's completely clueless about the outside world. He knows nothing about all the dangers and what to do in case someone catches him.''

''I should've paid more attention to him and not leave him out of my sight. I'm so sorry, Luke.''

''Quit apologizing. It won't change anything. What's done is done, Mikey.''

After that, the car went silent till we reach destination. I exited the car, locked the door and gave a quick look around. I gripped and pulled at my hair seeing a lot of people in the park - it was crowded.

How will I find him?

I took a deep breath and started looking around but concentrating when someone's talking behind your back is not helping. It's quite annoying in fact.

''We were there and- Then when I looked back he wasn't-''

''Stop repeating yourself and explaining how you lost him. It's not gonna help. We're only losing time. I think we should split to search. Call me as soon as you find him, I'll go to you.''

''You'll call me if you find him too, right?''

An angry scowl still present on my face, I replied. ''I'll think about it.''

Without any more words I left my friend standing there.

The park was big but I decided to not let myself be disconcerted by it's size. I'd only get more anxious and won't enhance my chances of finding Ashton.

I started looking around the playground area but there was only small children. Then, I went to the bathrooms and bushes  but once again, he was not there. If only I had a picture of him, I could ask help from people in the park but I don't have any. Loosing him in a park is not something I thought would happen to be honest..

An hour passed and two and soon it was almost five but Ashton was still missing. I was starting to go insane at this point. I need to find him. I don't think I'll be able to sleep before I find him. I searched trough the whole park but he was nowhere to be seen.

I shouldn't have left him with Michael this afternoon. I should've stayed with him. None of this would've happen..

I slide my back against a tree and sat on the ground, not caring if my jeans gets dirty. I tugged at the roots of my blonde hair and screamed in frustration.

''Why can't I find him..'' I asked myself.

''Why is Lukey looking so sad?'' I heard a voice say. My head followed the sound and there he was, my Ashton.

I was on my feet in a second, squeezing the slightly muddy boy against my chest. A weight was immediately off my shoulder. I finally have my boy back. I missed him so much.
