Alex walked down the street heading back to the abandon house. He still honestly could not believe he talked with a spirit and is litterly going back there to talk to him.

But there was a sense of trust within Warren. And Alex really felt it.

"I have to break his curse. But how? What would even happen if it does break?" Alex thought to himself. He figured that Warren would at least gain the ability to now leave the house, since that is technically what the curse is. Or will it make him alive again?

Alex sighed. "I wish real life was like a movie where you could just use some magical stone and you could bring back good dead people" He said to himself.

He felt the cold autumn breeze hit him. "Dang, why did I not put on my coat-"

He had his coat in his bag, and he quickly took it out and put it on.

He took the back road what he took when the tree had fallen on the road, and he could see the Abandon House in the distance. Alex remembered on the the people in the paper. The people who lived in the house, and Warren, thier last name is Baker.

"Baker-" Alex said to himself. "Dang I should of put Warren Baker in the search bar" Alex said. "Probably would of gotten more info.."

He walked up to the front gate. But before he opened it, he made sure no one was watching him. Going into abandon places is illegal, and he sure didn't want to get caught. Lots of people who live in that area are noisy, mostly because of the abandon house that everyone suspects is haunted.

While he was walking up to the front door, he was wondering.

"People must of went into this house before me-"

"There must of been someone either trying to either sell the property or something... What would Warren do?"

That's when Alex realized he really has to find a way to break the curse. Although the house is somewhere around 50 years old it's still in tip top condition. Not to mention, it's a 1950s villa. It can really be worth a lot of money and someone is soon gonna want to buy it. Warren of course wouldn't hurt the people who would live thier, but to live as a secret in the house since he can't leave it will be a challenge for him.

"I probably wouldn't even be able to vist him anymore after that"

Although they just ment each other, Alex could see himself coming thier more often to visit Warren. He'll just have to keep a low profile to prevent himself from getting seen.

He walked up to the big wooden door and knocked on it. "Hey Warren? It's me, Alex! Can I come in?"

Alex didn't hear anything.

"Warren?"

The door cracked open a little.

"Um-" Alex said to himself.

He nudged to door open a little, and saw nothing.

"Warren are you there?" He walked completely in.

Then he heard a loud slam, and it scared him half to death.

He looked behind him and saw that the door was slammed shut.

He turned back around, and saw Warren hovering, with his face right up in his.

"Boo-"

"AHHH!?" Alex yelled and fell over.

Warren started to laugh like crazy.

"Warren!? Why?!" Alex yelled out as he tried to get up, but with the laptop in his bag and all the homework he did not take out, he was lying belly up like a turtle who fell on it's shell.

Warren was just getting a kick out of the situation.

"Oh golly this is hilarious!" He continued to laugh.

"Oh shut up with your 1950s slang and help me up!" Alex said annoyed. "Nah let's keep you down there-" Warren said smiling, still giggling.

"Warren-" Alex whined. Warren playfully sighed. "Gee whiz, calm down you big baby"

Warren softly put his transparent hands on Alex and rolled him over.

"Sorry i can't pull you up. I'm practiceing on how to pick things up as a ghost. The past 50 years of me being immortally as 15 and I still haven't gotten the hang of it."

Alex got up and dusted himself off. "I am pretty sure you'll get used to it soon"

"I hope so" Warren said. "I wanna be able to clean the house...."

Alex was internally laughing at the sight of seeing a ghost clean a house.

"I can now prove to myself that 1950s kids really did use those words" Alex said. Warren looked at him confused. "Words? What words?" He asked. "The slang words you used... "Golly" and "Gee Whiz""

"Oh... I guess I never caught on it before... You never use those words?"

Alex shook his head. "No one does anymore. Maybe Gee whiz, but mostly when they are being sarcastic. Never heard anyone say golly..."

"I know Denis says "Golly" a lot on Denis The menace" Warren said. Alex nodded. "Yeah he does"

But what Warren said made Alex think.

"Wait- you died in 1951 didn't you?" Alex asked. Warren nodded. "Yes" he said.

"Denis the menace came out in 1959- so.. How do you know about it"

"Oh I watched the show when i died. Our TV didn't die out for sometime after the day happened. Lasted for probably 20 years."

"Oh-...well that's one strong TV" Alex said.

"It sure was a swell little TV. Sad part was there was only one channel. It was the one with Denis. Sadly the TV stopped working after that. Was having a good practice on that to touch stuff."

While Warren was talking, Alex remembered the stuff he wanted to ask Warren.

"Hey don't you have shcool?" Warren asked. "Oh, no i dont. Today was a day off"

Warren nodded. "Oh that's pretty swell" He said.

"Hey.. Warren... Did.. You know or seen any black haird guy when you where alive?"

Warren nodded. "Yes I did. He lived up the road. A kind guy he was. We used to play tag and different games together. Why do you ask? It isn't about my killer is it? Eveyone suspects it was him, but I highly doubt it"

Alex thought. Maybe Warren could be right. Whoever the killer was left without a single trace. Maybe Warren's friend was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Alex wanted to know more of Warren's friend. Who knows? Maybe with info on him and Alex could get a name, he can see if Warren's friend is still Alive and ask him questions.

"Warren? What did he look like?"

"Well Dark long hair, looked kinda shady... But he honestly wasn't. Kinda skinny. And he was VERY very shy"

Something didn't add up.

"Why... Does this guy's description sounds like Kyle from class?" Alex asked himself.

"Um.. Warren? By any chance do you remember his name?"

"I sure do! He had a pretty simple name. His name was Kyle"
