Chapter Ten :

O'Shay laughs as he scratches his head and looks back at the guy. Everyone else laughs nervously as Brantley looks up at O'Shay.

Brantley : Shay, it's okay. It won't be weird.
O'Shay : Okay great, he's some guy who I kinda have been seeing. I didn't tell you guys about him because I didn't want to make a big deal, until we decide to put a label to it.
Toby : Are you into him?
O'Shay : I think so, yeah.
Ruby : You should bring him over and introduce him to us.

Piper whispers into Tyler's ear and holds onto his shirt. Tyler nods as he holds onto her arm and they walk to the food court. Everyone else sees them walking away.

Toby : Hey, Hey! Where are y'all going?
Tyler : Piper just needs something to eat. We will be back.

Everyone nods as O'Shay sighs and walks back to the guy, bringing him back to the group. Ruby and Toby smile as Brantley gets a better look at his face. Brantley laughs and shakes his head, while looking at Toby and Ruby.

O'Shay : Guys, this is Asher. Asher this is Toby, Ruby, and... Brantley.
Toby : Hello.
Ruby : Hey.
O'Shay : Those two that just left, standing in line by the food court, that's Tyler and Piper.
Asher : Well, it is lovely to meet you guys. I wasn't expecting to meet your friends so soon.
O'Shay : Me either.
Brantley : Hey Asher.
Asher : Oh hey, you must be... um..
Brantley : The ex, yeah. Don't worry, I don't bite. Right Shay?
O'Shay : Um... I...
Ruby : Anyone else hungry?

They both laugh nervously as Asher stands there, awkward. Everyone all nods as they sit at the usual table. Brantley is sitting between Toby and Ruby, O'Shay is sitting next to Asher across Brantley, and Piper comes sitting down with her food. Tyler follows behind her and smiles at Asher.

Tyler : You must be...
Asher : Hello, I'm Asher.
Tyler : You must be, Asher!
Piper : Lovely to meet you Asher.

She quickly starts to eat her burger and slurps her strawberry milkshake as everyone looks at her, laughing and smiling. She looks at them and Tyler holds her hand as she rolls her eyes.

Piper : I feel fat.
Tyler : No, you're beautiful.
Piper : Ugh shut up.
Ruby : Pipe?
Piper : Ugh I told you, I hate you when you call me that, Rubes Pubes

Everyone laughs as Asher looks at Brantley smiling. Brantley smiles awkwardly as O'Shay clears his throat loud. Toby and Ruby look at them confused, til they turn around. Tyler smiles and Piper continues to eat.

Brantley : Oh god, what is it!?
Toby : Turn around.

Brantley turns around and he sees Caleb standing, as his faces lightens up. His tall muscular fit body, blonde soft hair, and beautiful colored eyes. Brantley blushes and gets out of the chair.

Caleb : I'm sorry. I could not wait to see you, I hope you don't mind me coming early.
Brantley : I couldn't wait either. I'm just so ha-

Caleb leans down as he kisses Brantley passionate as he grabs his cheeks and caress his cheek, beginning to hold his waist and picking him up. Everyone's eyes widen as they all smile and begin to whisper.

Caleb : I- I am so sorry. I didn't mean to come off so strong.
Brantley : It's okay.
Caleb : So.. um.. I don't want to be pushy, but did you think about it?
Brantley : Hm?
Caleb : About coming to my ranch? If not it's cool, I totally get it.
Brantley : Oh. My answer is yes. I'm so sorry, I totally forgot to text you back.
Caleb : I totally understand if not. You don't have to come up with an answer to pity m-
