Chapter One: The Lonely And The Ghost

Danny runs home, 'such a bad day' he thought. His eyes teary, running as if he were in a race. He been feeling lonely lately, Tucker and Sam can't always hangout with him, they have a family too. His parents are busy with their ghost hunting things, and there aren't as many ghost to fight anymore, not that it's a bad thing, but feeling down and lonely could be the worst emotions ever. He knew his parents have gone on a ghost hunting trip, a day ago and his sister over at her boyfriend's house to sleepover. He was all alone today.
He reached the front of his door and unlocked it, it was a cold, chill day in January, it was partly cloud and the sun's outline was showing thought the timber wolf gray clouds, it had drizzled, knowing that it would start raining the yet so beautiful, and gloomy droplets. Danny had closed the door behind him, and rushed to his room. He closed the wooden door, in need of oil, it's gotten squeak to it. Danny gently place his backpack on the edge of the chair, and threw his jacket on top of it. Closed his curtains and sunk to his knees. He had brought them to his chest, and started the endless tears, all lonely... Danny felt a very strong, and heavy pain. The pain got worse by the minute, it was like his insides were being ripped out, Danny yells and scream, but not of saddest but pain that was in him. He place both hand on his chest, grabbing tightly, as if his life dependent on it.

"AAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!"

Arms reached out his back, in the spine area, which cause Danny to scream more. The ghost was trying to separate from the human existence, he pull his body out, completely leaving the human body, he flew in front of Danny to be as visible as possible, Danny looked up, all he did, was let out more tears, a faint call for the ghost.

"Phantom..."

Phantom opened his mouth to say something, but nothing came out. He sat there watching Danny. Phantom felt angry inside, did he hate seeing his half-self cry? He had to make a move, he though for a second and wrapped his arms around his half, hugging tightly.
It felt like an hour Danny has been letting out tears, in everything. Danny finish, seeing he couldn't anymore, not to be noticed he's been crying. Phantom wiped his tears away, surprise Danny hadn't pushed his presence, away like he always had. 'He's really lonely' Phantom didn't notice the pair of eyes on him. Danny had to break the awkward silent, he didn't like between people.

"Phantom.."

His voice sound hoarse, weak, in a whisper, vocals hurting cause of all the screaming and sobbing.

"Yeah?"

"T-thank you."

He cough a few times, hoping he has caught the flu. He didn't want to go back to school.

"..."

Phantom extended his hand to Danny's forehead, he was petty warm. He was warm but not hot, he let out a small sigh in relief, Danny extended his arms and hugged Phantom.

"Care to tell me what happened, if you don't want it's alright."

Danny slightly nobs, 'but not here' he thought 'somewhere better, like happier, but where it's raining' still not knowing where to go, he'll just ask Phantom if he knows a place.

"Not here though."

"Where than?"

"I don't know, I mean it's raining..."

He trails off, not knowing what to say next. Phantom starts to think, and gets an idea.

"I got it."

"What?"

"Let's go on top of the clouds,"

"Sounds good."

Danny cracks a smile, which makes Phantom happy, if Danny's happy then so should he. Danny puts his leather coat, and signals he's ready to go. Phantom gently grabs his hand, noticing it's warm, turns invisible and flys through the wall, with Danny, he quickly goes up so Danny wouldn't get wet, and sick.
'Up in the clouds' Danny thought to myself, not sure what to find up there. He's been up there, but these memories are fading away. Danny frowns at the thought, his eyes widen of the view, above the rain.

"Wow..."

That's all that can come out of Danny's mouth.
The clouds fluffy white, like bunnies in heaven, the sun down the orange yet pink horizon, the sun setting, the sky in the motion to turn to a navy blue color soon. Danny gently smiles, as the sun is reflect on the edge of the earth, or as it's seems, to be the end, of the world, Phantom felt blood rise up to his face as soon as Danny smiled. 'What's this feeling', the Phantom asked himself. The silence finally broke,

"So, how's school?"

Danny's ocean blue eyes widen in terror. 'That's not a good sign' Phantom quickly shut his mouth, regretting what have said.

"..."

"..I-I.."

"..-!"

Danny just fainted,'fuck,fuck,fuck,fuck!' Phantom, had started to freak out, not sure what to do. He thought he should go home first and take Danny to bed.

"I think I might of pressured him too fu-flipping much, god I feel bad!"

Flying down, he noticed the rain have picked up, the air misty and fog, that was waving. Phantom had to hurry, and try not being spotted by the Fangirls.
He hurries and flys through his window. He lies Danny down, and sits there waiting for Danny to wait up. All sorts of questions kept him guessing, of crazy thoughts. God, needs to help him fix Danny.
