Draco II

I walked down to the common room because I couldn't sleep. I looked on the couch to see Harry reading his map, he turned and looked at me.

"Hey Jamie." he said and then Turned back around. I walked over to the couch and sat down next to him and put my head on his shoulder. "Can't sleep"

"Not really, haven't slept right since 4th year, hey do you know if there is a way to leave the school?" Harry asked.

"No" I said flatly

"Oh well I'm going t bed, you coming?"

"No might go walked around the castle." I said

"Here then take the map so you can keep an eye out for Filch or any other teacher." He said

"Thank you." I said taking the map from his hand. I kissed him on the cheek and walked out the door.
I was on the sixth floor, I looked at my map and saw that Draco Malfoy was coming my way. I hid in a corner and watched the map. He stood right in front of the room of requirement. his foot steps disappeared as he walked in. I ran in after him but kept out of the way. After a while I heard crying. I walked up to Draco.

"Draco" I whispered. he turned and his tears slipping down his cheeks and his wand pointed at my chest, I hid the map under my shirt and then I put my hands up

"Please don't hurt me Draco." I said. his facial expression changed, and he lowered his wand.

"I won't hurt you Jamie." He said in a shaky voice

"Thank you"

"Don't even think about telling anyone about what you saw tonight, not even Potter, or you will have to suffer the consequences," Draco said

"I understand."

"you don't understand all of it." he said

"How do you know that."

"Because I just do." he said

"You don't understand anything about me, do you know that my parents are also death eaters?" I ask in a angry voice

"Jamie I-" I cut him off

"I know more than you think. I can't even tell my best friends anything, I have to act as if everything is okay when it's not." I said crying "Just know that there is one more person who understands you other than Snape." with that I walked out of the room. and went back t my room and tried to sleep.

Week later

I was sitting with Harry, Ron and Hermione in the Great Hall eating lunch.

"Harry, there's Katie, Katie Bell." Hermione said, Harry got up and went to go talk to her. I looked up to see Draco walk into the Great Hall.

"I'll be back" I said to Ron and Hermione. Draco ran out of the Hall and I ran after him. he went onto the girls bathroom. he took of his sweater and looked at himself in the mirror and he started to cry. i walked up to him and had him look at me.

"Shh Draco its okay." I said giving him a hug

"Jamie what are you doing." asked Harry

"I-I" I was cut off by Draco pushing me behind him and throwing a spell at Harry and Harry threw one back, they kept this up for a while until Harry threw a spell "Sectumsempra" Draco went flying. I ran over to him, blood was flowing out of cuts all over his body. Harry walked over to me.

"Come on Jamie" he said holding out his hand

"No Harry, get out of here" I said with tears in my eyes.

"But Jamie" he said

"No Go" he ran out of the bathroom. I put Draco's head in my lap "It will be okay." I said crying.

"Don't cry" Draco choked out.

Snape walked in and fix Draco up and we brought him to the infirmary. I sat down next to him and held his hand.

"Thank you Jamie, for everything." he said I leaned over him and kissed his forehead I went to pull back but he caught me and he leaned in and kissed me, and I kissed him back.

"Get some sleep you are going to need it."

"Thank you, please stay with me."

"Okay I'll stay, get some sleep" I said and kissed him again
