Important! Read before proceeding!
· Books that are to be entered should be islamically influenced, i.e., they should either be Muslim Fiction or Islamic Fiction, or revolving around a Muslim-based plot. This automatically excludes magic, Gods/Goddesses and LGBTQ+ containing material.
· Explicitly mature content will NOT be accepted.
· One book may be entered in ONLY ONE category, otherwise, books will be unfortunately subjected to disqualification.
· Both on-going and completed books are allowed to participate, but your story should have a minimum of 5 parts.
· Only ONE winner per category will be selected; the decision of the judges + founder is final and is not up for discussion.
· Book selected for TRA 2020 Guest Author's List include:
- "The Jewel Series" (by makeitmatter),
- "Hana and Hanaan" (by mnhlwrites) and
- "Love, Mubaraka" (by qasmey-).
Apart from these, other books written by these writers can be entered into other awards.
· Any user may nominate any other book as an entry. (However, if the author doesn't want us to judge their book, it will be removed from the list.)
· Judges are prohibited from participating, and interviewers are allowed to participate. (If you want to judge / interview for The Rahma Awards 2020, please DM us ASAP!)
· Your book will be added to the "TRA Reading List 2020" as a confirmation of your entry.
· Follow @therahmaawards and add this book to your library!
· If you haven't yet tagged people, please don't forget to let your favourite authors and their supporters know so they stand a chance in winning!
· Previous years' books that won are not eligible to participate (from both 2018 and 2019).
· Please DO NOT privately message / ask / force the judges to pick a winner. If found to do so, your account will be blocked and reported immediately. Let's give the awards to those who deserve it, In Shaa Allah! :)
· Contest will start tomorrow (i.e., 18/10/2020)! ❤️
