As soon as he heard the voice, Sunwoo broke our kiss and stepped back.

" Somyi, what are you doing here ? " he asked, turning red.

" I was supposed to meet you, remember ? You said you wanted to go somewhere with me to have fun like last night, and the night before that, and the one before that, should I go on ? " she smiled yet her eyes were throwing knives at the boy.

Sunwoo had now turned completely white.

Oh, I see.

" You know what, I'll just leave you two, seems like you've got stuff to do " I said coldly.

I turned around and walked confidently to a place where they wouldn't see me. Sunwoo called my name, begged me to come back, that he would explain, but I didn't care.

I told you not to do this. See ? Karma decided to break you even more now.

" Oh you shut up " I spoke to myself.

A few hours after what had happened, I was still fuming against Sunwoo. That's when I realized one thing.

I had dialled Jihoon's number. He answered after a few rings.

" Hello ? " his voice sounded raw, as if he had been crying.

Hearing him like this calmed my anger instantly. All my emotions resurfaced at this very moment.

" Hyerim ? "

" Y-yeah, sorry... " I pulled myself together " Did you know that Sunwoo was screwing Somyi ? "

" He is ? " he didn't sound too shocked.

" Yeah, it has been going on for a while now apparently. Why are you so calm ? " I interrogated.

" I- I'm not " his voice sounded so weak.

" Jihoon, talk to me. This means we can be together ! I'm on my way to your place right now ! "

" No, don't ! Please " he asked.

" Yeah, excuse me Hyerim. Now is not the time, I'm sorry... " he sounded in pain.

And with that, he hung up.
