It was the last day of term which meant it was nearly Christmas. Draco and I had hardly gotten to be alone because Hermione had assigned herself to trailing us around. She said it was to make sure we didn't get expelled but I think she just felt lonely because Ron wasn't as forwards with her as Draco was. Oh and not in a creepy way, dont get the wrong idea. She just didn't want anyone having fun because she couldn't. Spoil sport.
The owls came into the Great Hall and dropped off parcels for the people who weren't going back home for Christmas and letters for the people who were. I got a letter from my Mum and Dad saying that they were looking forwards to seeing me again. On the other hand, Draco got an angry letter saying that he couldn't come home for Christmas because he wouldn't ditch me to make them happy.
He still had nightmares regularly, and I still had no idea what they were about, and sometimes he'd come running into my dorm to sleep with me. I don't know how he'd manage without me there.
Draco looked sad that he was having to spend Christmas here. He mumbled something about being stuck with Potter and Pansy.
"Why don't you come with me?" I blurted out. It was a stupid idea, his parents would never let him come and I doubt he wanted to anyways.
"Okay." He said. "Wait, they're muggles aren't they?" A disgusted look crossed his face.
I elbowed him in the side. "They're my parents! And there's nothing wrong with muggles! I basically used to be one!" We fought over this regularly, he always let little comments slip past and it made me angry.
"Okay, okay. I just don't really know how to act around them. That's all."
"It'll be fine. They put up with me, don't they?"

He didn't even bother telling his parents he was coming with me. I sent a quick owl to tell them he was coming but never got an okay back. Well, I didn't say he was coming, just that my friends parents weren't letting him come home.
We got off the train at London and caught another train up to York. I found our seats and sat down. Draco was looking around at everyone like they were crazy and kept pointing out things that he thought were strange.
"Why is that man looking at a glowing thing?" He asked.
"A mobile phone? You don't know what a phone is?!" I laughed at him. "Gosh things are going to be different for you."
He still looked confused but then turned back to looking out the window. Even then he was tapping me on the shoulder every five minutes as a house went by or someone walking a dog or riding a bike. This was going to be a long trip.
Eventually, he fell asleep on my shoulder and I could sit in peace and quiet for the rest of the journey.

We got off the train and collected out things, Draco looked on in disgust at two siblings play fighting and their mum doing and awful job at stopping them. She turned and noticed him staring and began to walk over. I grabbed Draco by the arm and walked off with him as quickly as I could, we did not need to get in an argument. His hand was at his pocket where his wand was hidden and I slapped it away and gave him a stern look.
After much barging and 'excuse me's ' we finally made it outside. I looked around for my parents ugly cream coloured car. My dad always said 'no, it's champagne' It was cream. A very ugly cream.
I dragged Draco around the car park until I spotted it. My parents were sat inside waving furiously. Lugging my suitcase and Draco after me I walked around to the boot and threw our stuff in.
