My Parents Home

Clarice's P.O.V [Parents place^>]

I woke up and put on my white button up shirt as well as my black pants tucked it loosely before heading out to my parent's house

As I drove I couldn't help but think about the last time I was actually home.

*Flash back*

I finished packing my clothes for college before looking around at my old room

"Man I'm gonna miss you even if I really never liked it here" I said out loud before zipping my suit case up and walked downstairs

"ohh my baby is leaving the nest" My mom said with tears in her eyes when she saw me

"Don't worry mom I promise to call and text you everyday" I say to her then she pulled me into a hug and sobbed into my shoulder

"Behave yourself in college" I heard my father said in a strict tone from behind me making me roll my eyes

"I love you sweetie and I'll miss you" My mom says to me and I smiled at her

"I love you too and I'll miss you too mom" I tell her before she kissed my forehead

I hugged her again before starting to head toward the door

"You aren't gonna say good by to your twin bro" I heard Clarke say behind me and I turn around to see him with sadness in his eyes

Right now I was pissed of at him for taking her away from me but it wasn't his fault I guess...

"I didn't know you were home I thought you were with your girlfriend or should I say fiancée" I said hostile and he walked to me

"No I need to say goodbye to my best friend who I grew up with" He says and pulled me into hug

I hugged him back. We may not always get along but I love him still.

"I love you Clarke and I'll keep in touch" I say to him as I pull away and he wiped his tears away after wiping mine

"I love you too Clare and you better" He says to me smiling "You go show Pasadena City College that your way smarter"

"I will now I really go to go.Bye Clarke. Be good." I tell him and he waved to me

"I'll try. Bye sis." He says before I headed out the door

*Flash back ended*

...

I park in the drive way of the mantion before heading to the door and unlocking it with my key

When I got in I walked to the kitchen where I always found my mom when I was living here still

When I walked in she was cooking my favorite...stir fry

"Hi mom" I said and she jumped before turn around holding her chest

"You trying to give your poor old mother a heart attack" she says to me holding her chest

"Sorry mom" I said before I suddenly pulled into a hug

"I missed so much" She says and then finally releases me

"I missed you too mom" I tell her and she smiled at me

"So how are you honey?" she says as we both sit down

"I'm good mom. Now tell me what happened with Clarke" I said getting straight to the point ans she frowned

"He...He was caught sneaking drugs for the Longford's women" My mom said with disappointment

Glad to know he had finally did something worthy of a sigh like that but at the same till not so much since dad's not the one sighing

"Of course I told him he need to talk to Vivian and her wife about a much safer movement plan" I told her and she shook her head

"Yeah I did too but you know your brother he doesn't like to listen to either of us" She said and shook her head

"You'd think dad would've talk to Viv about this..." I say to her and she seemed even more upset

"Your dad is also not the brightest" she says and I quickly asked something else

"Are Longford's helping Clarke get free" I asked my mom and she nodded her head

"They are trying but they said court isn't backing down" She explained to me and I nodded my head

"Okay well I'll call them later and see if I can help" I say trying to make my mom happy

She smiled at before pulling me into a hug

"Thank you...Now have you heard about Miss.Hall" She asked me and I looked at her weirdly for mentioning my old principle

"No I haven't. Why what happened?" I asked her

Miss.Hall was the only one who had actually helped me graduate with my class and ai was forever thankful

"Well apparently she married one of her students..." My began to speak while I just listened to her....
