Breakfast And Her

Clarice's P.O.V [Her^>]

I woke up on the couch with a blanket on me that wasn't there when I fell asleep and I immediately knew she had put the blanket on me. She still that sweet and caring girl she's always been.

I got up and looked to see it was five am and decided to go get my work out clothes from my car then run around the block before doing my routine push ups that I'd done since I was 15.

After my work out I looked to see the time read 8am and I decide to start making breakfast for everyone

I pulled out the bacon and eggs as well as pancake mix that I had bought while for my run then I started cooking

after a few minutes I heard the sound of little feets coming toward me

"Yum!" I heard three voice say as I plated the food for us five

"Yum indeed now sit down and eat then I'll bring a my driver John to bring you all to school in the limo" I said their eyes widened then they quickly sat down and began eating quickly

I went to place my plate as well as her plate in the microwave to see that the chicken nuggest meal was gone making me happy

"We are done" Liv says to me smiling and I smiled at her

"Good now go get dress but be quiet mommy is still sleeping" I tell them and they nodded their heads before waking silently to their room

I called John to come pick them up and as soon as they were gone I went to shower then change before going to her room to wake her up

I walked to the main bedroom and knocked but didn't get a reply then after another try I just walked in then shook her awake gently

"Mia Wake up" I say to her softly and she began to stir before her eyes opened revealing her light brown eyes

She stared at me for a minute before rubbing her eyes like she thought she saw a ghost

"I thought that was a dream" I heard her whispered to herself and I don't I wa suppose to hear it

"Hi" She says shyly as she sits up "Oh shit the kids" She says and jumps out of bed falling on her ass making me laugh

"Mia they are taken care of" I told her she looked at me blushing in embarrassments

"You always found my pain funny" she joked as I went over and helped her stand up

"Not true. When you were pregnant with Liv senior year and you had those nasty headaches I didn't find the funny" I said to her and she smiled like she remembered it like it was yesterday

"Your right you gave me a head massage and got me out of classes" She says while looking at me intensily "Those were the days"

"Yep. Anyways I made us breakfast so let's go" I told her and she followed me to the kitchen

I grabbed our food out the microwave and handed her her plate

"You remember" She says and I looked to see her pointing to the chocolate chip with blue berry mixed into three pancakes

"How around one forget a combination like that" I made a very real excuse

"So what brang you here...you never come to visit?" she asked me and I gave her a knowing look

"Someone needed to come help you out now that my brother got himself in jail" I tell her and she look down in her lap

"Yeah the man doesn't know how to stay out of trouble" she mumbled out and I nodded my head in agreement

"Yes that is true and everyone thought I'd be the one that that is said about " I say her and she looked at me shaking her head

"I knew you'd never do something like that" she says smiling slightly at me and I did the same

"Okay now you get ready for your shift at the hospital while I clean this up" I say breaking the tension that began to bulid

I looked around the apartment as I sat on the couch in the living room and I immediately got an idea

I waited till Mia was done and was out of the room in her scrubs looking as stunning as always

My brother really should've appreciated what he had more.

"We need to talk about something very important" I tell her as she steps in to the living room

"Um...Can it wait for tomorrow I'm gonna be late for my shift" she says to me looking at her watch then back at me

"Yeah sure thing Mia" I said and we said our fair wells...
