"she's imperfect but she tries, she is good but she lies."
-

Another year slips away. I truly believe deep in my heart that this year will be different.

Right now I was packing my things to head to the Weasley home. They were attending the Quidditch Cup Championship soon and Ron offered me the chance to come with. I didn't want to give it up.

I packed my things into a suitcase and went into my kitchen. I saw my mom chopping up some carrots before she turned to look at me. She smiles.

"Morning." She said. I haven't asked her about the James situation so it was now my time to. I cleared my throat nervously.

"Why didn't you tell me about James Potter?" I asked. She immediately stopped what she was doing and set down the knife. She turns to look at me.

"I'm glad you finally found out." She says with a slight smile. "Yeah, no thanks to you." I said crossing my arms. She chuckles a bit.

"Let me tell you a story about your father." She said.

My mother told me everything I needed to know about James. He wasn't particularly nice to people when he was younger. But he did change when he got older.

My mother warped me to the Weasleys before going back home. I was outside of their pretty wacky looking home in their yard. Their house was definitely in the middle of nowhere. I walked up to their door and knocked onto it.

I heard a few people talking before I went ahead and opened the door. It was unlocked so I just poked my head inside. I grinned.

"Is anyone home?" I said. I suddenly heard a loud yell. I look to my left to see Molly Weasley raises her arms up happily.

"Violet! My dear!" She says. I giggled before I hugged the woman tightly. "Well look who's here!" I hear Mr. Weasley. I let go of Mrs. Weasley and I smiled brightly.

"Mr. Weasley." I said before hugging him as well. The Weasley's were definitely my favorite people in the world. I let go of him.

"We've got royalty in the house you dimbos!" I hear Ginny yell. I squealed and turned to look at her. I ran up to her and hugged her tightly. Ginny chuckles. "Ginny, hello!" I said before pulling away. She grabbed both of my hands.

"You look good!" She comments. I scoffed.

"I should say the same for you." I said. I suddenly see the Golden Trio running down the stairs. I smiled and ran up to the three of them and hug them. "Hello to you, too." I heard Ron chuckle out. I pulled away and looked over at Harry who was grinning ear to ear. I hugged him tightly.

"Hi, Harry." I said. He chuckled. "Hi, big sis." He said. My heart ached from the nickname. I pulled away from him. "I'm assuming your summer was splendid?" Harry asked. I sighed a bit.

"Abigail and Camille were both busy this summer so no not really." I said pouting playfully. We both chuckled before I hear two people come down the stairs as well. I looked to see that it was Fred and George.

"It's the princess gracing us with her presence." George said. I looked at Fred and smiled awkwardly. His hair is... longer... cool. Actually it was kind of... never mind.

"H-hi." I stuttered. Crap stop stuttering.

"Hello." He said back with a grin. I went in for a handshake or something like that but he pulled me in a tight hug. My eyes widened slightly.

"Oh, okay. Okay." I mumbled awkwardly and I patted his back hesitantly. I blushed madly and I heard faint snickers behind me. I let go of him and tried hiding my face with my bangs.
