The Present, 2017

I'm not sure how this date is going to turn out.

With my bare feet I rush from my bedroom to the front door, I pause by the mirror at the entry and with a few deep breaths, I try to calm myself down. As soon as I open the door a smiling Minho greets me, my heart rate speeds up at the sight of him, before both my eyes and thoughts could wander off any further, I step aside for him to enter.

"You're ten minutes early Minho-ssi," he chuckles softly then shrugs at me as he takes his shoes off.

"I was a bit excited to see you," I blink at him as his honesty catches me off guard.

"Oh, I just need to put my shoes on then we can go."

I watch as he nods his head at me then walks over to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows of my living room, I stand fixed in my spot as I check out his profile. I'm watching him as he's taking in the sights of Seoul at nighttime.

Just by standing there at the windows, reminds me of when I first saw him, he came off as a bit awkward of first, but his confidence outshines all of that.

"You have a nice view," I nod my head at him, "I've always wondered, do you think someone from the other buildings can see us right now?"

I shrug at his question, "if they're using a very powerful telescope then it's possible. Why are you thinking about that all of a sudden?"

He removes his hand from his pocket then beckons me over to him, "come over here."

The first thing that comes to my mind was the fact that we're supposed to be leaving the apartment, not talking about windows. I want to protest, but judging by the way how he's looking at me right now, I don't think I want to say no to him.

So I don't try to stop my feet from crossing the small space, and as I stand closer to him, his powerful scent engulfs me which results in my thoughts scrambling a bit.

"I'm suddenly reminded of that night in Tokyo, the city was as bright as Seoul, or maybe a bit brighter. Do you remember?"

I join him in his sudden act of reminiscing with a subtle nod of my head, "I like Tokyo, actually I like Japan on a whole, I even almost moved there."

He turns to me, "I'm glad you didn't."

We look at each other for a while, I smile softly at him, "we're not leaving this apartment tonight are we?"

I lean on the window and watch as his perfect smile graces his face, "I want to kiss you," I raise my eyebrows as I silently urge him to continue talking, "then after that I'll fuck you against this window."

If I had a weak heart, then I would be experiencing a heart attack at this very moment. My eyes don't leave his for even a second, and all my doubts suddenly erase themselves from my mind.

"Let's hope that no one's stargazing tonight."

And like a hypnotized moth to a captivating flame, our bodies draw closer to each other as our lips connected, my stomach suddenly begins to feel funny as we devour each other's mouths. I lose touch with my surroundings as his tongue somehow ends up in my mouth, the last time I kissed Song Minho was two years ago, and I never thought that I would even see him again after that.

He spins my body around, the brief loss of oxygen suddenly has me gasping for air, the unnatural lights of Seoul look back at me as I stand before the window, my eyes close on instinct as I feel his lips on my shoulder. I shiver a bit as his fingers brush against my exposed skin, I bite down on my lip as I feel him carefully removing the straps from my dress.
