Chapter 10 - Trauma

Before you read this chapter you might be wondering why I haven't written in a long time. Truth be told, I had covid. I just mainly stayed in the hospital most of the time and wasn't really able to write. I've been somewhat cured and I can return home, but I still have to distance myself from family members. Thank you to people that have been waiting so long, and hopefully, I can still make entertaining fan-fiction for ya'll. Peace.

It was a normal day, and everybody was doing their own things. Civilians left the heaven incident in the past, and do what they do. A sudden gust of wind flew through the streets as if the gods were still unhappy about what happened. Izuku was a demon to them no matter what it was. He was a being that would be able to threaten them. But this so-called demon was just enjoying life in the student dorms. Izuku was restricted to leave the dorms after stirring up so much trouble, and if he did leave he would be expelled from U.A. The rest of his classmates came down from their rooms and greeted the broccoli lying on the couch. 

"Hey Midoriya! What's up!", Kirishima being excited. "sensei said that we're going on some commissions."

"Commissions?" Izuku asked.

"We were divided into teams of 2 and were sent to deal with some D-rank villains," Jirou explained.

Izuku was slightly confused since Jirou said D-rank villains. He was then informed by Todoroki that the hero association has created ranks for both heroes and villains. Everybody in class was E-ranks, and having 2 E-ranks could fight a D-rank villain. Izuku wasn't branded a rank as they weren't sure how much power he has, but so far if they ranked him he would be an S. The top 10 were SSS ranked, and the top 50 were SS ranked.

"So, what are the teams?" Izuku asked like a curious child.

"I'm with Momo!" Mina jumped out.

"I'm with Bakugo, which I'm not happy about it." Todoroki shaking his head.

"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU SAY!?" Bakugo starting his usual tantrum.

"*sniff* I'm with Mineta again.." Denki started crying. Both of them cried in the corner since they weren't paired with a girl. 

"Koji is with me! The wonderful Aoyama!" Aoyama informing Izuku while posing.

"Toru is with me, which I'm quite happy about." Jirou high-fiving Toru.

Sero was with Sato, Tokoyami with Tsuyu, Shoji and Ochaco, and Iida was with Kirishima.

They all started going to their class for the briefing session. Momo kissed Izuku and went out with the rest of the class. Izuku was alone in the dorms, and he started to scheme what to do. He smirked and went up to the 2nd floor to check out everybody's rooms. He was planning to find interesting items or secret compartments, but nobody had anything that fascinating. Except for the fact that all the girls had something Izuku related in their rooms.

He just went to watch some anime on the TV which chomping down on some potato chips. Then he went to read some manga, sleep, wake up, watch tv, and sleep again. He woke up and it was just 2 pm. Then he started yelling.

"THERE'S NOTHING TO DO!!!!" 

Izuku laid down on the couch facedown and tried to sleep again, until the doorbell was rung. He dragged his legs to the door and opened up, only to be greeted by Aizawa. 

"Oi. Get up. We're going to the hero association."

"Wasn't I supposed to stay in the dorms."

"Shut up and move."

Izuku hopped into Aizawa's car and they drove to the hero association. There were many news reporters and civilians gathered.

"Maybe there's an event here." Izuku thought to himself.

Then, Izuku felt something on his hands, he turned around to see Aizawa's capturing weapon handcuffing Izuku.

"OI! WHAT THE HECK IS THIS!" Izuku shouted. 

"Shut up and get out." 

Izuku was escorted to the main hall of the building, staring daggers at Aizawa. He could easily escape, but he wanted to see what's happening since it seemed interesting to him. He walked in, and saw the top 100 heroes all in one room. Aizawa let go of the handcuffs.

"Go straight forward."

"Why did you let me go?"

"You could break free anyway, what's the point?"

Izuku walked up to the top 10 in the middle of the hall. All might walked up to him.

"Young hero."

"What is it?"

"Fight all of us 10 right now."

"Eh?"

Izuku was confused, but he knew he had to. The other 9 heroes were preparing to fight.

"I'll burn you to a crisp for not protecting my son well enough!" Endeavor raged, remembering when Izuku destroyed buildings and Todoroki getting a tiny scratch.

"I can't burn you but I'll cover you in feathers." Hawks trying to follow up.

"I'll beat you to a pulp! The bunny way that is!" Mirko bouncing up and down getting hyped up.

The rest just got ready to fight. Izuku took a deep breath, widen up his arms and posture, looked forwards, and began to smile crazily. It's about to get real.
