That was not Sophie. At least not the Sophie she knew. The Sophie she knew was short sweet, shy, hated makeup, fancy clothing, and was clumsy. This Sophie was bold. She had red lips and a beautiful gown. And she was also 6 feet tall.
The room she gave her was nice. It had a twin bed, a dresser, a bathroom, and a huge closet.
Biana went out on the balcony when the sun was setting. A handsome silver haired shade was already standing there. Handsome? What the heck Biana.
"You okay?" he asked.
"Mostly" she whispered.
Tam gently wrapped an arm around her waist, and Biana put her head on his shoulder and leaned back.
"I want my Sophie back, Tam. The one who blushes whenever a boy talks to her. The funny one. Not this one." Biana said.
"You'll always have me Bi," the soft-hearted shade replied.
It was then she realized how close they were standing.
It took her another second to realize Tam's lips were on hers.
He kissed her. And she wasn't kissing him back. He was about to pull away and apologize when Biana kissed him back.
And she made it so much better.
She never wanted to stop. But unfortunately, air was a necessity for living. When Biana pulled away, she was 100% sure that she had beaten Sophie's blushing record.
" So, uh, did you like it?" Tam said.
"I loved it," she said, loving the dopey grin that grew on his face.
For some reason, instead of looking happy, he looked nervous.
"Biana Lee Rose Vacker, will you be my girlfriend?" he asked.
She flung herself around him saying " Only if you will be my boyfriend."
