'Baseball, what an awfully boring sport' May thought as she saw Edward and Bella arriving. She was bitter she couldn't just have stayed home. Edward was going to show off to his little girlfriend today. It made her insides turn and burn with hatred but she wouldn't show it.
The sound of the car muddling though the field was loud in the vampires ears. Her eyes quickly moved to where the sound was coming from on instinct. She took in an unnecessary breath through her mouth and she exhaled with a shake.
Mere minutes later Edward had arrived with Bella both exiting the car. 'Why did this feel so much harder' May thought. Her fists clenched behind her back. She looked up to the sky grey and dark "beautiful" she whispered to herself. Her eyes brought down to the team choosing. Had she really been looking at the sky that long?
She could see the human shake slightly and an amused smile painted itself on her rosy lips. She looked away in time to see Edward run his eyes through the family to see who to pick for his team. Their eyes met too fast for anyone but another vampire to see and a flicker in his eye told everything. A loud groan left May's lips and he ginned amused as he chose
"Maylene,"
and then another groan left but this time it wasn't from May it was from her big brother. Emmetts face was contorted as he pouted like a child. "Theres no way thats fair, come on Eddie you know she's the best and with you and her being the fastest, we need someone fast," he said in a whine.
"fair pick Emmett" Edward teased.
May made her way behind Edward not at all happy to be picked by the copper haired boy.

The game was quick with the ball sounding loud and Bella being amazed by what she was seeing.
Things didn't seem to be as great when the nomads had decided to show up
