I wake up with hair on my face. I open my eyes confused and then notice the girl laying in my arms. I smile widely, remember the night before. I brush Waverly's hair out of my face and plant a soft kiss on her forehead.
Wynonna jumps down from the top bunk and looks at us. "Gross." She says, but I can tell she's trying not to smile. She'll never admit it again, but I know she's happy me and Waverly got together.
Waverly starts shifting around in my arms. I rub her back, just in case something is wrong. I see her smile as she tiredly opens her eyes. "Hey, cutie," I say, kissing her cheek. Waverly beams up at me and I hear Wynonna fake gag.
A pillow hits me in the face. I glare at Mercedes, who's sitting on her bunk smirking at me. I throw the pillow back, smacking the smirk off her face. I hear Waverly laugh. God, I love her laugh. The younger girl slips out of my arms, making me pout.
She walks over to her bag and looks at me. "I'm gonna shower." She grabs some clothes and walks over to me. "Can I have a hoodie?" She asks shyly. How can someone be this cute? I nod and grab a grey purgatory hoodie.
Waverly takes it and kisses my cheek. She walks to the bathroom and I smile. Mercedes looks at me. "I have to admit, you two are really cute." Wynonna reluctantly agrees with her girlfriend. I hear the shower turn on.
"I'm gonna go on a short run. I'll be back soon." I say, standing up. I decide what I'm wearing is good enough and leave the cabin. I run for half an hour before returning to the cabin. I see just Waverly is there. "Hey." I kiss her cheek.
Waverly grimaces. "You're all stinky and sweaty. Go shower and then I'll kiss you." I nod and she smiles. "Mercedes and Wynonna are at breakfast. We have to get the kids in 40 minutes so don't take too long." She says as I get my clothes.
"Alright. I'll be quick." I say walking to the bathroom. I take off my clothes and shower. I get out and dry myself off. It's hot out today, so I put on my short-sleeved button-up shirt that's covered in planets, and some jean shorts. I tuck in my shirt and do my hair.
I walk out of the bathroom. Waverly looks at me and her eyes widen. I chuckle nervously. "You like it?" I walk over and wrap my arms around her waist. Her arms go around my neck as she nods. I smile softly and kiss her.
Waverly smiles and kisses me back. "You look nice baby..." She says, playing with the collar of my shirt. I smile softly and kiss her forehead.
"So do you too, cutie." She's wearing my hoodie and some pretty short jean shorts. I see her blush a little and chuckle. "Let's go get some food, alright?" I brush a piece of hair out of her face. She smiles and nods.
I hold her hand and we walk to the building with food. We find Wynonna and Mercedes arguing with Doc. This can't be good. "We were never official, Doc! We went on like two dates and never said it was exclusive. Actually, I made it clear I didn't want it to be exclusive at first. Don't act like you didn't make out with Kate at that party a day after we went on a date." Wynonna practically yells at Doc. Luckily there aren't too many kids around.
Mercedes rubs Wynonnas leg. Doc rolls his eyes. "You could've at least picked someone that wasn't our best friend, Wynonna. It would've been better if it was Nicole. But Mercedes?" That makes me mad. I walk over.
"Doc you need to calm down. There are kids here. Don't act like it would've been better if it was me. You just need a reason to be mad at Wynonna for doing something that you did. You need to calm down or go." I say, crossing my arms.
Doc looks between us before getting up and leaving. Waverly rushes over to Wynonna. They talk quietly before hugging. Waverly then looks at me. "Thank you." She gets up and kisses my cheek. I nod.
"Course. Only I'm allowed to be a bitch to Nonna." I say with a smirk on my face. Wynonna smiles at me, and I can tell she's thankful for me standing up to Doc. Me and Waverly eat some of the breakfast before going to get the kids.
Because of how hot it is, we're just spending a day at the lake. Some of the other groups are doing the same. Like Jeremy and Robins group. This means Doc will be there but I have a feeling he's gonna leave us alone.
We get the kids and go to the lake. Robin and Jeremy bring their group over to ours but Doc stays away from us. Most of the kids go swimming so we all talk. Except for Doc, that is. I hope we can fix things with Doc. We still have over a month of camp left, so I'm sure we will

I know this is short but I had no inspiration. There's drama which is always fun. I'll try to release a longer chapter soon.
