Another Draco Malfoy fan fic

Dumb door

So dumbly door magicked up a note that was just sitting on my pillow. Of course I watched a few horror films and know not to read creepy notes that show up from no where. I guess that was another mistake I made because as soon as Luna saw it she told me to read it, and do what it says. The note pretty much just said to go to Dumbledore's office. The office hours weren't listed but this is Hogwarts and I don't think the teachers need to sleep. We do have curfews, but what are they going to do if they catch me? Bring me to Dumbledore's office?

It's one in the morning and almost immediately after Luna told me to meet Dumbledore she fell asleep. The other two girls are asleep too, but even if they were awake I doubt they would have helped me. I wonder what there names are, with the amount of posters by their bed you would think they had some sort of name on them besides Cho Chang and the holy head harpies. Basically we aren't allowed out at night but I'm meeting with the headmaster and Luna did say to go see him. All that considered I should definitely go, It's like breaking the rules by following them at the same time, I think it's exciting.

I expected everything to be a lot more eerie at night. I guess the stars in the common room were real. Mainly because if they weren't real the prefects should turn them off at night. I walk around trying to find Dumbledore's office, which is quite difficult. They should really teach us that locater spell soon or at least give us maps. I think I passed that gargoyle five times already. Never mind it was a cat, hopefully not McGonagall or Ms. Norris.

Out of the corner of my eye I can make out two people with red hair. That and a freshly graffitied Slytherin table that says "Gryffindors are the best" in shock powder. It was definitely eye catching. Anyways I wanted to sneak up on the two of them and ask for directions so I changed the word Gryffindor to grindylow. This seemed to get a reaction from them, good or bad, at least I know they aren't leaving. I put some sort of distracting invisibility spell over myself that I learned from my mum and ran over to sit next to them. This gave them a bit of a scare which was quite funny to me given the circumstances.

"Ash Silvers, and you are?" I say reaching out both hands.

"Fred, George," They say shaking my hand "Weasley"

As soon as they touch my hand they start twitching and laughing.

"Sorry about that, everyday I cast a counter curse on myself to deflect harmful substances. Shock powder was one of them," I say holding in a laugh.

"You'll have to teach us a few of your tricks, maybe next time Snape will give detention to himself," Fred says.

"That's an entirely different spell. One that I look forward to teaching you," I say smiling "although I do have to head to Dumbledore's office now."

"You're not going to rat us out now, are you?" Fred asks.

"If you do we'll have to jinx you in your next potions class. Won't we brother?" George says smiling, at least I think he's smiling it's pretty dark.

"I suppose we'll have to do more than that, what if we released the nifflers," Fred jokes.

"Well if you do go on with that plan I'll have to join you and prevent it won't I?" I ask hoping they understand that I would like to be their friend.

I really hope they aren't in love with Cho too. That might put a bit of a damper on our friendship.

"I suppose you will," George jokes.

"Then it's settled I'm your new friend, but umm will you point me to Dumbledore's office now?," I say.

"Alright since you're my um I mean our... accomplice now... is that the word-" Fred says.

"Yes we know Fred. Dumbledore's office is up stairs then right and left then right, there's a huge gold statue in front of it. Good luck," George says shoving Fred out of my way.

That was a bit of a strange ordeal. They even left before finishing up there prank. Fred and George Weasley messing up a prank? I don't think I've ever heard of such nonsense. Even though I didn't say it to them I've been big fans of them for a while. I might be breaking the rules, by witnessing them breaking the rules. I also probably look super creepy alone in the dark but I just can't help smiling to myself. I made new friends and they aren't half bad either.

This is still a Draco can fic I'm just giving the character a background and Fred dies later so yeah. But please keep reading. Vote and comment and stuff.
