I Like Crazy

"GIVE ME YOUR PHONE" Jay yells. "What ?" I ask with a low voice. "GIVE ME YOUR FUCKING PHONE" he yells again causing me to jump. "Ok" I say quickly pulling out my phone and giving it to him. "Now take the boys and get your ass inside the fucking house. I'll deal with you later. I have to call Sophie." He says with anger still in his voice.

I start walking to the door and the boys follow behind me. We get inside, and I walk straight to the couch. I sit down with my head in my hands trying to process everything. "Where do you want us to put our stuff ?" Alvaro asks. I lift my head up. " Umm you can just leave it there for now." I say dropping my head back down. He drops his bags then walks over to the couch and sits next to me. Then he hugs me. "It's gonna be ok Bri" he says as I hug him back. Ale walks to the couch and hugs me too. He moves his head to signal the boys to join us, but they all nod their heads no. "Shit you ain't gotta ask me twice." Gianmarco says while walking towards me and hugging me.

Jay walks in and slams the door behind him. We stop hugging when he walks into the living room. "Get the broom and go clean up that damn mess you made." He says looking me dead in the eyes. "Who the fuck breaks the window to their own damn car. You do realize that you have to waste money to fix it. Your own damn money. 275 dollars because your dumb ass wants to listen to a fucking idiot. Now who looks like the idiot." He says laughing. "I'm sorry" I say looking down. "Oh you're sorry. I'm tired of hearing bullshit excuses as to why you get mad. I'm tired of letting you get away with shit just because you've been through shit. Wake the fuck up Brianna. Everyone's been through shit." He says yelling. "I was mad" I say yelling back at him. " Don't you think I was mad ? Don't you think I wanted to beat the fuck out of him ?  He disrespected MY daughter. He disrespected MY kid. All I wanted was to beat the fuck out of him, but instead I had to hold you back." He says yelling again. "Now go clean" he says pointing towards the door.

I grab the broom, dustpan, and a trash bag. I walk out the door and see mark sitting on the porch swing. "I'm so sorry" I say looking at him. Ale walks out the door. "We'll talk later." Mark walks inside. I go to where the glass is and start sweeping. "Can I help you ?" Ale asks. I hand him the broom, and he starts sweeping. Then I start picking up the big pieces of glass and throwing them in the thrash bag. "I thought you said it was working ?" He asks referring to anger management. "It was, but then they gave me a stupid idea to talk to my mom and look where that ended." I say looking at the glass. "Who was the guy sitting on the swing ?" He asks while concentrating on sweeping. "Who mark ? That's just my bodyguard." I say looking at my hands to see if there's any glass in them. "Your bodyguard ? Since when do you have a bodyguard and why is he so damn fine ?" He asks licking his lips.

"Stop tryna get with my bodyguard, and we just hired him like a week ago." I say laughing. We eventually finish and walk back inside." I see all the boys sitting on the couch either on their phones or playing my Xbox. I take the broom and dustpan from Ale and walk to the kitchen. Jay is in there, so I try to put everything away as quickly as possible. "Hey" he says causing me to jump. "Yeah" I respond back. "I showed them all their rooms , so you don't have to. Also that Gianmarco kid is weird. He kept trying to go in your room and take stuff." He says causing us both to laugh. "Thank you" I say smiling at him.

I walk into the living room. "Do y'all want to go get some food ?" I ask. They all look at me and say yes. "Ok well we can't go in the big truck for obvious reasons, but we got two smaller cars that we can split up in." I explain and they all agree. "Alright well I'll be right back I got to go tell Jay." I say walking away. I walk to where Jay's office is before knocking on the door then going in. "Hey me and the boys are gonna go get something to eat." I say seeing Mark in there too. "Ok well I have to talk to you when you get back." He says looking up from the papers in his hand. "Ok cool." I say as I am about to  close the door. "Call me when you're about to leave so you can get us something." He says looking at Mark. "Gotcha" I say leaving.

We go outside and get in the two cars. Me, Alvaro, Ale, and Gianmarco are in one car. Mattia, Kai, Ro, and Robert are in the other. Before we leave I ask the boys what they want to eat. "Umm I don't know" Alvaro says. "Let me call the others and see what they want." He says pulling out his phone. They answer him, and he puts them on speaker. "Aye what do you guys want to eat ?" He asks fixing his hair. "Umm whatever it doesn't really matter." Kairi says back. "Um we can go get wings from Wingstop if y'all want." I say loud enough for them to hear me. "Yeah we can just do that." Kairi says back. "Alright well bye." Alvaro says about to hang up. "Wait how do we now where to go ?" Kairi asks. "Just follow Bri." He says like it's the most obvious thing. "Ok bye" Kairi says hanging up.

I pull out of the driveway, and the other car follows behind me. On our way there, everyone is just on their phones. Gianmarco is sitting in the front seat, so I decide to talk to him. "You're being quiet. Why ?" I ask looking between him and the road. "He said you're crazy, and that he doesn't want to get hit with a stick." Alvaro says laughing. "Yeah but I like crazy" he says still looking at his phone smiling. "Shut up" I say slapping him. "You can slap me somewhere else" he says looking at me.

Ale gets up and starts hitting him. "Calm your horny ass down" he says while hitting him. "Ok ok ok chill bro" Alvaro laughs. Ale sits back down. Gianmarco tries to grab my thigh, but I push his hand away. Ale records the whole thing and posts it. He captions it "#Gianna".

We finally get there and everyone gets out. We're all in one big circle standing in front of Wingstop. "Aye yo lets make some TikToks" Alvaro says and everyone agrees.

They start teaching me how to do the dolphin. Once I know, we do the TikTok with the sound Me and my n- yeah we tryna fuck. Then Ale makes me react to Mamas singing throat baby. I just laugh because of how he's laughing. Then I do a TikTok with Gianmarco using the sound What You Know Bout Love. He's singing it to me, and then he grabs my hand. He tries to wrap his arms around my waist and kiss me, but I push him away. Then all the boys start jumping him. They film a TikTok of me showing how my face reacts to them doing a dance without me knowing. I film them doing TikToks too. When I record them, I look at Mattia Ro and Kairi, but every time we make eye contact, they look away. I just mentally sigh. I do a couple of TikToks with Robert too. He plays me songs that he wants me to sing, and I sing them.

Once we're done we chill outside for a little while they finish editing their TikToks. I just stand there looking off into the distance. Alejandro looks up at me. "Hey" he says trying to get my attention. "You good ?" He asks. All the boys look up from their phones and at me.
"Yeah I'm good" I reply. "Do you want to talk about it ?" He asks genuinely concerned. "Not really" I say walking over to them and sitting on the car. "Can you at least tell us what happened ?" I sigh loudly and tell them everything that happened.

"Damn no wonder Jay was mad." Mattia says. I look at him and he quickly looks away. "Well let's go inside and eat." We walk into the restaurant.
