You Want Your Car Washed ?

It was the next day. The car wash was going to take place from 11 to 5. The boys wanted me to get there early to help them setup. Of course, I had to take Mark with me. I changed into the appropriate clothes, and then we left. When we got there, we got off the car and walked to the boys.

Bri: Hey
Alvaro: Hey chunkie wunkie. What's up Mark.
Mark: Hey guys
Ale: Hey
He says hugging me
Ro: Why is he here ?
Bri: Jay said I gotta start bringing him with me.
Kai: That's fine, just another customer.
Alvaro: You want your car washed ?
Mark: Nah I'm good.
Ro: Nah you gonna get your car washed.
Kai: Its gonna be 5 dollars.
Bri: Nice hustle
I say dabbing them up.
Bri: Where's Mattia and Rob ?
Kai: Mattia is Rob's ride. I'm pretty sure you know where he is.
Bri: I can just tell Mark to go pick him up.
Mark: No I can't leave you.
Alvaro: His house is not that far.
Bri: Please Mark
Mark: Ok fine but don't do anything stupid. I need an address.
Alvaro: I can just go with you.
Mark rolls his eyes.
Kai: Alright so me and Ro will start setting up the places where the cars are gonna be washed. Bri and Ale can organize the materials. You guys will go get Ro. There will be more boys coming later to help wash cars.
Bri: Cool
Alvaro: I get to spend time with daddy Mark.
We all laugh except for Mark.
Mark: Don't tell me that's how you're gonna be the whole ride.
Alvaro: Oh yes
They leave, and we start doing our tasks.

Me and Ale walk over to where all the sponges, buckets, and soap are. I grab the packages of sponges and some containers. Then I sit on the ground and open the sponges to place them in the container. Ale follows what I'm doing.

Bri: You're such a copy cat.
Ale: I don't know what to do. We're supposed to be helping each other.
Bri: I was gonna tell you what to do, but then you started copying me.
Ale: I guess I'm just that good.
Bri: Boy shut up
I say throwing the sponge at him.
Ale: Ow
He picks up the sponge.
Ale: Look you got dirt on it.
Bri: Just go rinse it off.
Ale: Nah I'm too lazy.
Bri: So much for being just that good.
Ale: That's not what your man said.
Bri: I don't got a man.
Ale: So then what is Bryce ?
Bri: Oh shit I forgot about him.
Ale: He posts hella pics of you on his spam.
Bri: Anyways, how've you been.
Ale: I'm good. I've just been focusing on me and TikTok. I've been doing good on there.
Bri: That's good. I've been seeing them on Instagram, and they look good.
Ale: Ima start sending them to you, so you can give me feedback.
Bri: Yeah cuz you need a lot of it. Have you talked to Mattia ?
Ale: No but it's whatever. Yeah I'm gonna have something to say, but they don't care. They're still gonna do what they wanna do, so why should I waste my breath. I just don't want to lose our friendship over a girl.
Bri: Me neither, but you never know with Mattia. Let's finish so we can go help Kairi and Ro.

When we're almost done Rob, Alvaro, and Mark arrive. I walk over to them with Ale following behind.

Bri: Hey
Mark: I will never ride in a car with him alone.
He says pointing at Alvaro.
Bri: What did you do ?
Alvaro: I don't know what he's talking about. I personally think I was an excellent passenger.
I laugh.
Kai: Ok well we need to finish setting up so let's go.
We walk back to our places with Alvaro and Mark.
Alvaro: It took you guys that long to fix all of this.
Bri: No no no, you don't get the right to judge if you didn't help.
Alvaro: I personally think I would've done a better job.
Mark: Do you ever know how to be quiet ?
Me and Ale bust out laughing.
Alvaro: That was kind of rude
He says messing with the sponges.
Alvaro: I do, I just choose not to.
When we finish, we walk to the other boys to find them arguing.
Kai: Put the fucking cone right there.
Rob: I am, but Roshaun is saying not to.
Ro: It looks ugly.
Kai: It doesn't matter. As long as we can fit as many cars as possible.
Bri: Y'all good ?
Kai: How did I get left with them ?
Ale: You're the one who separated us into groups.
Bri: Do y'all want us to help ?
Kai: OMG please.
After we help them finish, the other boys arrive.

When cars start coming, Mattia arrives. Me, Kairi, and Alejandro are scrubbing a car when he approaches us.

Kai: About time
He says throwing a sponge at him.
Mattia: My bad
I move next to him.
Bri: Hey
Mattia: Hey
He responds while scrubbing the roof.
Bri: So you and Vic
Mattia: Don't start
Bri: Um ok. I was just gonna ask if you were ok because everyone is bashing y'all on social media. Sorry for caring.
I respond angrily walking back to the other side.
Ale: You ok ?
Bri: He pissed me off. I'm trying to keep it together.
Ale: Good. Don't do anything stupid over him.

Ale looks in the other direction to see Rob, Ro, and Alvaro trying to spray Mark with the water hose. We start laughing, then get back to washing the car.

Kai: So are you not gonna say anything about you and Vic.
Mattia: Why the fuck does it matter. If you guys are not in our relationship, you shouldn't have to know anything.
Bri: It matters because it is putting multiple relationships at risk. We don't even care that you're dating her, but when you decide to tell the internet before you're friends it matters.
Mattia: What relationship is at risk other than mines and Alejandro's ?
Bri: Literally all of us because we talked about you telling us. We told you we don't care just let us know. Yet you still didn't. Out of respect for your friend you should've let us know.But you don't care because only Mattia matters right ?
I say angrily throwing the sponge in the water.

I walk to Mark, so that we can leave. We start walking to our truck when I see Bryce. He grabs my arm before I can walk past him.

Bryce: Hey what's wrong ?
Bri: Ask Mattia.
I say walking away.
