I learnt that change should never be forced
It should be allowed
When it is forced
It is tolerated at first
And tolerance can become tiring
And over time it will lessen
When your capacity to tolerate change diminishes
It will be practiced grudgingly
Grudges seed anger
Anger seeks answers
And when you cannot answer reasonably
You will lash out and regress
You must want it
Welcome the change
And you will not find yourself fighting against it
Fighting against intrapersonal change
The suffering is insurmountable
