Maya, Jocelyn and I step outside, and I wrap my scarf around my neck as the cold air sends a chill down my spine.

"Ugh, I hate November. It's too cold for fall, but not snowy enough for winter. It's so...blah!" Maya laughs, and Jocelyn and I chuckle.

"November? More like Novembrrrrr!" Jocelyn exclaims, and I let out a laugh before slapping my hand over my mouth.

"That was bad," Maya says, smiling. I nudge her, trying to get her to move up the line. We reach McGonagall, and Maya and Jocelyn continue while I fish through my coat pockets for my permission slip.

I hand it to her, and skip to catch up with the others. "What's the plan?" I ask, rubbing my hands together to generate heat.

"Thrifting first, then Hogsmeade," Maya says after thinking for a minute, and we trail away from the group towards the town beside Hogsmeade.

After a chilly walk, we arrive in the town. This small town is a lot different than Hogsmeade. The stores are a lot closer together, and look as if they were jammed into place like a four year old doing a puzzle built the town.

We walk to the very last store, The Fuzzy Peach. Maya links her arm through mine, and I do the same to Jocelyn before walking inside.

The store is full of clothes and little items, and it looks very homey. Clothing racks fill the center of the small room, and there is a little loft with changing rooms.

Maya walks over to the racks, and Jocelyn follows after. I stay planted in front of the door, looking around in awe. This is much cooler than the Goodwills and Salvation army's I went to growing up.

I walk over beside them, and start going through the clothes. My hands fall upon a crocheted tank top, and think of Delilah. She has one just like it. I smile as I hang it back on the rack and continue to look through the clothes.

By the time we go through all the racks, I have three shirts and a pair of jeans picked out. I walk up the stairs, and walk into the changing room.

All the shirts fit, and the jeans are my favorite. They're a bit low rise, in contrast to all my high rise jeans, and they pool around my ankles. I spin around in the mirror, and really like them.

I change back into my outfit from before, and walk out of the changing stalls, and sit down on the stairs while Jocelyn tries on the clothes she picked out.

"Cheese!" Maya says, and I look over at her and smile.

She peeks out from behind Lee's camera, and I raise an eyebrow in confusion has to why she has it.

"I borrowed it," She laughs, and I stand up to grab the picture it printed out.

In the picture I'm sitting on the stairs, my elbows balanced on my knees and my head sits on my fists. I'm smiling wide, my eyes all scrunched up. My head tilts to the side, and the photo is a little blurry, but I like it a lot.

She hands me the picture, and I slide it into the pocket of my jeans. Jocelyn comes down the stairs and we walk over to check out.

I scan the back wall behind the cash register, and my eyes fall on polaroids just like Lee's. I look at the price, and my jaw almost drops at how inexpensive it is. We walk up to be cashier, and I grab the box off the shelf and place it on the table.

The girl working the store scans our items, and we leave the store. The camera will be perfect for Fred. Of course I won't give it to him until Christmas, which is only a little bit over a month away. I could tell how much he loved Lee's camera from the little memory I have of  my birthday.

We cut back over into Hogsmeade, and start walking down the street to Three Broomsticks. I look over at the students skirted over beside the street. I glance over at Ced and Delilah, and remember their date was scheduled for today.

I watch as Cedric places his hand behind her head, and kisses her. My jaw just about drops to the floor, and I stop where I am in shock. They pull away, and he pulls off his hufflepuff scarf and wraps it around her neck.

The Weasley twins appear beside me, and each wrap an arm around me. I look up at George, than Fred, and let out a chuckle.

"Where've you been little Sofia?" George asks, leaning down so he's at head level.

"What do you mean? I've been here the whole time!" I laugh, walking away from their grasp.

"Mhm. I think she's playing with us Freddie."

      "I think you're right Georgie."

Fred grabs my wrist, pulling me in, and starts skipping down the street with me in tow. I laugh as we rush down the street, our hair blowing behind us. He spins me, and lets go as I continue to skip for a moment before realizing I'm by myself.

I turn around and chuckle, before walking back over to Maya and Jocelyn as they head into Three Broomsticks.

Low key hate this chapter....but it's pretty important to the plot. xoxo
