No One's POV

It's been 6 years since they last saw her.

And in those 6 long years everyone has still been searching and yet Nephilia didn't grow in power.

Jin was baffled as he heard reports from both Taehyung and Jimin that Nephilia members are dying here and there.

All the VENOM members knew exactly who was behind these deaths and yet they still couldn't find her.

Everyone looked different at this point. Taehyung had started dressing simpler and Jimin can barely be even seen with any of the girl recruits.

Rosé became Jin's consigliere as he worked Somin's job while she was gone and it hit close to home seeing how similar she was to Namjoon when they got to know her more.

There wasn't a day Lisa wasn't at the training room assaulting a punching bag to the point that the same punching bag had lost its form.

Yoongi had requested to help Rosé in looking for Somin but even with his help, they always came to a dead end.

Hoseok was the glue keeping them together and Jungkook wish he could've done more to make her stay.

His hair had grown so long that he had to put it up into a bun, he didn't bother cutting it. It was because it was like cutting off Somin's last touch from him.

She did always like to ruffle his hair so he didn't dare cut it.

Dark bags were growing on everyone's eyes and they were restless. Per usual, Jungkook decided to get away from the stress of everything and drive to the city which was what he was exactly doing right now.

The steering wheel of the car he always used started to have grip marks with how tightly he gripped them.

Somin's words stuck to him.

Don't be so damn arrogant.

He'd give anything to hear her voice again even if it was for her to call him stupid.

But he wasn't the only one having trouble coping with her disappearance.

Jin was drowning himself in work as Rosé worked alongside him.

For someone who usually cared about his appearance, he was letting his eyes get dark eye bags and if his office wasn't so dark, everyone would see how dead he looked.

He'd been eating the same curry he cooked for Somin whenever she felt down and if he didn't feel likee eating curry, he wouldn't eat at all.

Rosé wasn't any better either because despite her short time knowing Somin she had felt her effect on people.

Per usual, it was a normal day of her helping Jin sort out the sales of the companies of VENOM.

Yoongi wasn't here to help them oit today, he probably was holed up in his room again or being dragged out by Hoseok just so that he would eat.

She was just about to ask Jin if he wanted to have some lunch when suddenly the alarm system of the headquarters caught both of them off-guard.

The two immediately rushed out of the office only for them to be met with Taehyung, Jimin and Hoseok who had their guns at the ready.

"It's Nephilia," Taehyung calmly said. Jin gave a small smile then said, "Good, I've been itching for some action for a long damn time."

"Its because Somin always takes care of the trouble for us even if we haven't seen her in so long," Hoseok pointed out to which Jimin wryly laughed and said, "Enough with that, we have some people to shoot."

"Where's Lisa?," Rosé asked to which Taehyung said, "She left headquarters a few hours ago, she's probably going out to blow some steam."

They all nodded and ran out of the building to see their recruits already fighting with them. But what caught their eyes was the girl in an all black attire and a mask on.

Her hair was long and colored raven black.

They definitely did not know her but wasted no time by deciding to just get in with the fight.

While they were fighting, Jin asked Taehyung, "Why did Nephilia suddenly want to breach our headquarters?!."

"I'm not really sure," he said to Jin as he tried to avoid a kick and tried to disarm his opponent, "But my bet's on the fact that we burned one of their warehouses last week."

While Jin and Taehyung were fighting effortlessly with the help of Rosé at the side, Jimin and Hoseok were struggling as more men came after them.

Hoseok then cursed under his breath then said, "Could you use your sexy charm or something to like disarm them?"

Jimin laughed then said, "I don't think it'll work, we have to find a different opening."

To their surprise, the masked woman came to help them by using a gun she had kept in her back pocket.

When she ran out of bullets, she went in and decided to help them with combat.

No matter how many times Hoseok and Jimin tried to look at the woman, They still couldn't tell who she was.

After all, she was covered in that black spandex suit and all they could see were from her eyes up and her long raven black hair as well as her hands.

Her eyes were generic, well, after all, almost the whole population of Korea have dark colored eyes.

Despite her help, they were still getting swamped with Nephilia members ready to hit them with their hardest punch.

Jimin and Hoseok were just about ready to receive a hit, unable to block everything, but somehow they didn't feel a thing and felt a warmth wrap around them.

They looked and saw the mysterious woman taking hits for them with every hit eliciting groans from her.

Both of them didn't understand why she was doing this until she said with a muffled voice because or her thick mask, "Take everyone from VENOM back into the headquarters."

"We don't even know you, how can we trust you?,"Hoseok asked to which the woman said, "You can trust me because just fighting alongside you is different from taking hits for you."

Both of their eyes widened at the woman's statement. They felt a familiar warmth in this chest as they proceeded to call out the members of VENOM to fall back.

Jin of course was confused by the suggestion but it seemed like he'd take any suggestion at this point with how overwhelming the numbers of Nephilia members were there.

They must've known that these were one of the days when the VENOM members were spread out in different locations to oversee the businesses.

Jin watched as the mysterious woman he had seen right before the fight get the attention of the Nephilia members.

Taehyung watched as well as the woman took a grenade from her pocket and activated it. All of VENOM were far enough to not feel its explosion but Jin, Taehyung, Jimin, Hoseok and Rosé worried that this unknown woman had just sacrificed herself for them.

No, they were more worried that they were not going to know who this woman was and her purpose for helping them.

As the smoke cleared and all the Nephilia members were down, all of them were surprised to see that her body wasn't even around.

Jin then sighed and said, "You know what to do Rosé, get information on that woman and fast."
