Rodeo Queen

Chapter 8

"Alanah nicole it is 7 o'clock and you have to meet Chloe at 8 and we're about 30 minutes from the arena!" Harry practically shouted in Alanahs face.

He was then met with a fist colliding with his stomach as Alanah frantically woke up.

"Dude what the fuck." Harry yelled.

Alanah threw the blanket off her face "Dude what the fuck to yourself? I have an alarm set for 6:45. Don't you know not to wake a SLEEPING person like that?"

"Dude it's 7 your phones dead and that doesn't mean punch me." Harry said laughing.

Alanah laughed back "i'm sorry I didn't mean to punch you, but you did scare me so you deserved it. Now let's get going. And yes I will be wearing this in public no I do not care so do not judge me."

And with that Harry texted the rest of the boys that he was taking Alanah to the rodeo grounds and to meet up later for the press interview she was doing. He watched as she grabbed her clothes in a pile and rushed to put on her boots which to him looked ridiculous with the sweatpants but to Alanah it was something she did everyday. Alanah was grabbing a water and an apple from the kitchen area when Harry told her they had to leave or would be late.

Harry drove the pair to the stadium while Alanah listened to music on the radio.

"What kinda music is this?" Harry asked, breaking the silence.

Alanah looked surprised by the question, "Harry this is country music, please tell me your not that stupid?"

"I'm not I was just messing with you. What band is it because their good?" Harry chuckled.

" It's a singer named Cody Johnson. He's from texas, but he's gotten pretty big. Last year was his first year performing at Houston so it was a big deal." Alanah laughed, excited to talk to Harry about her interests.

"That's pretty exciting actually. Last night was supposed to be a big night for us to try and attract different fans but with Eleanor it kinda got ruined." Harry said looking down.

Alanah didn't say anything until she saw that Harry passed the exit.

"Yo har you uh missed my exit just turn up here and i'll tell you the directions since we go through the back." Alanah stated.

A few minutes later they got to Alanah's trailer. When she got out of the car Chloe was already waiting outside with everything set up to do her hair and make-up. Alanah half expected for Harry to just drop her off and leave, so she was shocked when he got out of the car too.

"Coffee? Did you bring coffee?" Alanah said to Chloe.

"Yes boss lady in the trailer by the way, nice outfit now go change." Chloe nudged her head at the door.

While Alanah was changing Chloe was busy talking to Harry.

"Hey, thanks for taking care of her last night. I know I overreacted but I was mad that she had gotten into 2 fights in the same day with the same person. I hope she didn't cause to much trouble." Chloe apologized.

Harry laughed before responding, "she wasn't that much trouble but I didn't expect to get punched trying to wake her up."

Before anyone could say anything Alanah stepped out of the trailer in fresh clothes for the interviews. Harry could help but stare at how beautiful she was even without make-up. Alanah noticed and just sent harry a smile while she sat down to let Chloe do her hair and make-up.

Yay 2 chapters in a night !! Shout out to katie for helping me a little at the start. But I hope yall enjoy this chapter. The next will be the press interviews or "meet the rodeo star" I'll try to write some on my lunch break depending on if the wifi at work wants to work!!
