The room was silent the tense atmosphere  surrounding all within. All occupants of said room where all sat around a large table waiting for their leader. Izuku sat just right of the head of the table, he didn't know for sure why an emergency meeting was called but he knew it must be important.

The door of the room swung open and Jason strode in. The room seemed to darken as all present noticed the lack of smile, purposeful walk and furrowed brow.

"Thank you all for coming," he said taking his seat at the head of the table, "now as you all know, two weeks ago izuku had an altercation with a group going by the league of villains."

Murmurs of distain broke out at this as the members of the Ares gang discussed the league.

"It took much longer than I would like," continued Jason his voice silencing the room instantly, "but we have found them."

"Well what are we waiting for let's get'em," roared Daniel excitedly. Shouts of assent where cut of when Jason spoke once again.
"If it was just the League we could, however they have powerful backing."

"But we're the strongest criminal organization in the country, there's no way the government's backing them right?" Asked Jenny.

"Hah," Jason let out an unnatural laugh, "the government backing them wouldn't be so bad."

"Jason who's backing them," asked izuku nervously, he'd never felt so much anxiety come from his teacher, it unsettled him.

With a sign Jason spoke three words that sent a chill down each individual's spine. "All for one."

No mutters where heard now, the room left in silence until someone spoke up.

"Even so, they hurt one of ours, we can't let that slide."

Jason hummed in agreement, "it needs to be handled carefully, the last thing we want is to start a war."

"They already started it," called out another member.

"You seem to be underestimating all for ones power. If we went to war with him, it wouldn't be like taking over the dragon gangs territory. You'd be looking at full out warfare, your family's and loved ones wouldn't be safe, every day would be a fight to the death and it wouldn't end until everyone from one side was dead. Which side that would be, I don't know."

"So what are we going to do?" Asked duke.

"Well, luckily for us, AFO doesn't want a war either so we will be having a peace talk. We should have the upper hand as, as mentioned, they struck first." Replied Jason, "Izuku, Jenny, you'll be coming with me. Duke I'm leaving you in charge, of peace talks break down war is inevitable, prepare for the worst."

Upon their arrival the trio where greeted by a swirling black mass. Izuku distinctly recognized it as the entity his senses couldn't quite decipher, it only added to his unease as he wasn't sure he could fight it. Jason's hand landed on his shoulder for a brief second before the man followed the mass, izuku and Jenny keeping pace with their leader. The corridor they had been lead down opened up into large empty space, save for the man and the computer in its center.

"Your late," hissed the man irritably his fingernails gauging into his own neck.

"Your master didn't give us much notice," replied Jason coldly.

At this a voice escaped from the computer, "you where about to launch an attack on my student, I had to act quickly."

"Your student," replied Jason angrily, "launched an attack on one of ours first."

"Mmm," hummed all for one in agreement, "your quite right, which is why I called for this meeting, so we can come to some kind of agreement. What are your terms?"

"Izukus class and teachers are off limits..." started Jason.

"There's no way I'm going to give up on killing all might cause I pissed of some shitty gang." Screamed shigaraki angrily, "and you," jabbing his finger in Izukus direction, "why the hell are you protecting that bastard, I could see how much you hate him and yet your playing hero?! You should just join me in tearing him down to the ground."

"You didn't let them finish Tomura," chastised all for one when shigaraki finished his rant.

"Your sensei is right," added izuku, "if you had let us finish we would of added that there are exceptions to this, namely all might, Katsuki Bakugo and Mineta. As for why I would never join you, my goal isn't as petty as simply wanting all might dead.  I want to accomplish my dreams, the dreams he deemed impossible I want him to suffer the constant humiliation of his own ineptitude, I want to be a hero."

"What kind of hero's a gang?" Snarled shigaraki angrily.

"The kind of hero that will kill you if you get in my way again," Izuku retorted, "I don't care about society or the law's definition of a hero, I'll pretend to play by their rules for as long as they're of benefit to me but they will never hold me back. If you want to call me a villain you can do, but I'm going to save those in need no matter what."

A deep laugh echoed through the room freezing everyone with dread, "incredible, to think i thought only Tomura could be the one to break all might, and yet here you are a quirkless kid turned into a monster by the man who claims to be the greatest hero." Said all for one.

"Sensei?" Questioned shigaraki insecurity slipping into his tone.

"This will be good for you Tomura, after all there's no better motivator than a rival. I look forward to seeing which one of you will succeed."

"So are we agreed?" Asked Jason tensely.

"Yes," bit out shigaraki.

Jason's turned to izuku and Jenny motioning them to leave.  Jenny however stood firm and addressed the room, "if you betray us, or either Jason or izuku wind up dead, we will come for you, every single one of us." Before she too Turned and followed the other two out.

Once they where alone in the room all for one spoke to shigaraki, "I want you to learn from him Tomura."

"What the hell does he have that I don't?" Asked shigaraki.

"You'll have to work that out for yourself," replied all for one. At this shigaraki though back to the look of utter determination in all three pairs of eyes, and he wanted to know why izuku had people ready die for him.

"Kurogiri, we need new members, and not the shitty level ones we used last time," demanded shigaraki. He wanted followers like izukus.
