I based the anxiety attacks off of my own experiences, so please don't say, "this is not what an anxiety attack feels like," because some people experience the attacks in different ways.

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.
I fall onto the dirty floor, clutching my shirt tightly. I breath heavily as I begin to feel dizzy from the lack of breath. It began getting more difficult to breath.
Tears fall from my (e/c) eyes as my mind begins racing with different thoughts. I lay down onto the dirt ground, shutting my eyes tightly.
Earlier, I was wondering around Eddie's floor in search of the ginger-haired boy himself. I soon found that I couldn't find him, causing a bit of panic to settle in.
Soon enough, that tiny bit of panic turned into an anxiety attack. I developed an anxiety disorder at a younger age and often found myself worrying over the tiniest things.
I continue to cry on the floor, my breathing never calming down. I open my eyes only to see the world blurry before me; from tears and from the dizziness. I shut them yet again, crying even harder as I grip my head.
I then hear the sound of footsteps coming towards me.
"Hello? (Y/n)? Gray told me you came here, but I can't find you!" I hear a familiar voice exclaim; it was Eddie.
I was laying behind a large grave causing me to be concealed from view. I continue to cry, soon whimpering, "E-Eddie..."
Eddie seems to hear me, responding, "(Y/n)?"
Eddie soon finds me, letting out a yelp of surprise. I was curled into a ball, face wet with tears and my hair messy from me tugging onto it. Eddie scurries over to me, picking me up and hugging me tightly.
"(Y/n)...(Y/n), It's okay. I'm here. Take deep breaths," Eddie mumbles softly to me. I try to do as he says, although it was hard.
"Good job, you're doing great. Look at me, okay?" Eddie mumbles. I look up at him, tears continuing to spill from my eyes. My vision had gotten a bit more clear now that my breathing had calmed down a bit, so I could clearly see Eddie.
Eddie runs a hand through my (h/c) hair. "(Y/n), it's okay. I'm here to help you. Whatever you were scared of, don't worry about it anymore because I'm here. I love you and will do anything to protect and help you."
I slowly nod, trying to mumble a statement but failing miserably.
"It's okay, you don't have to say anything. I know this is really hard for you," Eddie hugs me closer, kissing my cheek.
I slowly hug him back, crying into his chest. Eddie slowly rocks me back and forth, relaxing me. He hums a soft melody, one he normally hummed when I would have an attack.
My eyes slowly flutter closed as I fall into a peaceful sleep. Eddie smiles when he sees my sleeping face. He leans against the large grave behind him, leaning his head onto mine.
He continues to hum as he runs a hand through my hair. Soon enough, Eddie also falls asleep.
The two of us sleep in peace, nothing disturbing us. I was glad to have someone like Eddie.
Without him, I would never remember to take deep breaths.
