(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

I carefully make my way through the graveyard, Eddie holding my hand as he walked beside me. I couldn't see what lied ahead of me due to being blind. Eddie, my boyfriend, was always there to make sure I would be okay.

I had unfortunately been born blind, so I had never seen anything. I was grateful that I could at least hear, smell, and feel. Although it would be nice to be able to see everything, even what I looked like myself, I was glad to be able to hear music and everyone's voices!

"Okay (Y/n)! We're here! Do you want to sit down on the tree stump again?" Eddie questions, still holding my hand tightly. Eddie had taken me to his graveyard again, the one where he buried his pets located somewhat near his home.

"Yes please. The tree stump is a very comfortable seat!" I giggle. Eddie lets out a small yelp of response before leading me to the tree stump. I reach my hand out to touch the mossy surface of the stump. The moss felt soft against the tips of my fingers and the wood pricked my fingers a bit. I sit down on the stump as Eddie lets go of my hand.

"There you go! I'm going to go work on a grave a little bit away from you, just like normal! If you need me, just yell me name," Eddie speaks to me. I nod in a reply. I could hear Eddie stepping away from me, his shoes crunching the dirt beneath them.

I smile softly, kicking my legs back and forth. A gentle breeze flowed through my hair as I did so, the soft winds blowing against my face. A sense of peace mingled in the air as the seconds passed by.

The sounds of birds chirping and Eddie making the grave prevented silence from settling among the scene. I began to lose myself in my thoughts, beginning to daydream. I didn't even notice Eddie shouting at me until he grabbed my hand.

"I finished the grave (Y/n)! Come on!" Eddie shouts, dragging me up from my seat and over to the grave. It was almost as though he was some sort of excited child on Christmas; it made me giggle.

Eddie then has me sit in front of the grave. I reach my hand out to touch the details of the grave, soon finding that the grave was another well-made grave by Eddie. I turn my head and smile at the boy, saying, "I think it's very beautiful! I wish I could see it."

Eddie then rests a hand on my face, giggling. "You know, you're very beautiful (Y/n). You're like a flower! Delicate and beautiful..."

I could feel my face grow warmer by Eddie's statement. I couldn't see Eddie's expression, but I felt him retract his hand from my face and yelp. Eddie then speaks to me again, saying, "I-I'm sorry! That was so sudden and so embarrassing! Ah, I'm such an idiot-"

"It's alright Eddie...thank you. You are very handsome," I respond. Eddie lets out a yelp of protest. "Thank y-you, but I-I'm not handsome..."

I shake my head, reaching my hand up. "Eddie, is t okay if I touch your face?" "Y-Yeah..." I then place my hand on Eddie's face. I booped his nose, giggling a bit. "You have a perfect nose!" I then reach up and ruffle his soft hair. "And super soft, fluffy hair!" I could hear Eddie giggle a bit. I then rest my hand on his warm cheek. "Eddie, you are perfect. I'm blind and I can tell that you are very handsome."

Eddie's cheeks warm up even more. I could hear him sniffle as he replied, "t-thank you (Y/n)...that...means a lot to me." The boy then leans over and wraps his arms around me, bringing me into an embrace. I happily hug back and mumble, "I love you Eddie."

"I love you too (Y/N)...I hope you know how perfect you are," Eddie mumbles back, hugging me tighter.

I giggle. "Same goes for you Eddie!" I tickle Eddie's sides a bit, making the boy laugh. The both of us laugh together, our laughter echoing throughout the graveyard.

Our joyous laughter continued until eventually the both of us ran out of breath. My stomach hurt from the laughter and my throat was a bit dry. Although I couldn't see his joy, I could feel the happiness radiating off of him.

Little did I know that the shine of joy was also radiating from me as well the more time I spent with Eddie.
