Eddie's P.O.V.

After finishing another grave, I head to my room. It was quite early, so (Y/n) was still asleep in bed. She was peaceful as she slept, a bit of hair in her face.

(Y/n) and I shared a floor and both made beautiful resting places for the sacrifices here! We were actually a couple...ah, how embarrassing now that I think about it!

I had woken up a bit early this morning for some reason, so I finished up a grave (Y/n) and I started yesterday. I sit down on our bed, making sure not to disturb (Y/n).

I take off my burlap mask and place it on the nightstand beside the bed. I turn my gaze back to (Y/n) and smile at how cute she was. I loved her so much!

(Y/n) then began to stir much to my dismay. She opened her eyes slowly, her bright (e/c) orbs staring at me. She gave me a small smile as she slowly sat up.

"Ah! I'm sorry I woke you up-"

"No, you didn't wake me up...my dream just ended," (Y/n) mumbles as she stretches out her arms. She then leans her head against my shoulder, grinning wider.

A small blush spread across my face in embarrassment. (Y/n) then asks, "how long have you been up Eddie?"

"O-Oh! Um, maybe an hour or two...I woke up early," I answer with a small smile. (Y/n) nods and closes her eyes, drifting off to sleep again. I debated whether or not I should wake her, but I decided not to; I didn't want to disturb her beauty sleep! Not that she isn't already beautiful!

After a bit, (Y/n) soon snapped back awake. She lifted her head, causing a bit of hair to fall in her face. She brushed the hair away from her face, mumbling, "oh...I fell back to sleep. I did fall asleep rather late last night..."

I let out a small giggle at her sleepy expression. She soon gave me a small smile. "Your laugh is adorable Eddie."

That statement made me blush madly. (Y/n) notices this and giggled. "You are very cute too! Everything about you is cute Eddie!"

I blush more, covering my face with my hands. "N-No I'm not! I'm ugly!"

"No you aren't. Please don't say that Eddie..."

"B-But it's the truth! I'm really ugly...I don't deserve someone as pretty as you," I mumble. (Y/n) then grabs my hands, gripping them tightly. She moves my hands down and then grabs my face in her hands. Her cold hands were placed against my cheeks firmly as she held my face.

My face turned red. "W-What are y-you-"

"Eddie."

The way (Y/n) said my name kind of scared me. She looked at with a serious expression as she held my face gently.

"You are so handsome Eddie. You are far from ugly. Please stop saying that...I am so happy to have you as my boyfriend and love you so much."

She paused for a moment, her serious expression fading away. A smile crossed her features as her expression softened.

"Eddie...you mean the world to me. I am holding the world in my hands right now."

When (Y/n) said that, my eyes widened. A few tears began to fall from my eyes, soon beginning to cry fully. (Y/n) began to panic, wiping away my tears.

I had never felt happier in my life to hear someone say something to me.

"A-Are you alright?" (Y/n) questioned. "D-Did I say something wrong?"

I shake my head, lifting my hands to grip (Y/n)'s hands. I held her hands so she couldn't let go of my face.

"D-Do I really mean the w-world to you?"

"Yes, of course you do. Why would I lie?"

I let out a laugh of joy. "I-I can't believe it! I mean the w-world to someone as beautiful and wonderful as you!"

(Y/n) leans over and kisses my nose. She then continues to kiss all over my face. I let out laughs, exclaiming, "(Y-Y/n)! Stop!!"

She then stops kissing my face, letting out a laugh. Her laugh was like music to my ears and I couldn't help but laugh myself.

(Y/n) then embraced me with love. I hugged her back, kissing her cheek. The two of us continued hugging for a while. After a bit" I realized that (Y/n)'s breathing had slowed. I glance at her face to see that she was sleeping peacefully.

I giggle. "She must have been tired," I think as I slowly lay down with (Y/n). I continue to hug her as she sleeps, soon finding myself growing drowsy as well. I yawn and close my eyes, drifting off to sleep as well.
