Chapter 1 - Meeting the idiot and joining the agency

I know I said I'd post on friday's but I am extremely impatient and have decided to just post twice a week.

Atsushi slumped over next to the river, he felt he was about to die of starvation. Then when he saw someone floating in the river.

Maybe I can steal some money of the body, or sell it on the Black-Market.

He dove into the river to retrieve it. But, sadly, the person was alive. And trying to commit suicide. Oh dear.

I guess I'll play the pity card then.

He spun this whole sob story about being kicked out of the orphanage, and having the tiger follow him. Of course, the real story was that he found out about his ability and decided to kill them all. Not the smartest move at this point, now he had no shelter and food.

Obviously, now they want him to help them catch the tiger. But, he has a plan. When him and Dazai are alone in the warehouse he will pretend to lose control and turn into the tiger. Either he will kill them or he will be forced to join the agency.

He joined the agency.

When they were in the café below the headquarters, he was asked if he could guess what everyone did before they joined the agency. He guessed everyone's right. Then it was Dazais turn. This one had a reward. Atsushi turned and looked him over. He didn't look like he was just walking around doing nothing, unlike Kunikida. He gave a few answers he knew where wrong before giving the real one.

"Dazai?"

"Yes, Atsushi?"

"Where you a part of the Port Mafia?"

Silence filled the café. Only to be crushed by slow clapping.

"My, my. You are a lot smarter then you look. Yes, I was part of the Port Mafia. But, did you really have to tell everyone like that? There's going to be a lot of questions now."
