It had been 2 weeks. 2 weeks since Akutagawa had last seen Atsushi.

2 weeks of torture.

Everyone in the Mafia had noticed his change in his behaviour. He was short tempered, even more than usual. The people he was sent to kill were ripped to pieces, not quick and painless like he normally does. And no-one knew why.

Every night he would cry himself to sleep, hoping that his jinko would forgive him.

He was losing hope.

---

Dazai reread the note again. This was implying that not only did the weretiger know of his past with the Port Mafia, but that he knew why he left as well.

That was a problem.

He was too dangerous and unpredictable, one of the few people Dazai couldn't read. The only other person like that was his boss and Chuuya. It had been two uncertain weeks of everyone wondering where he went, even Ranpo couldn't figure out where he was. On top of that there was the feeling of betrayal, the feeling of someone you trust disappearing out of the blue. Now he knew how Chuuya had felt.

All in all, a pretty horrible two weeks.

---

Atsushi knew that 2 weeks was a long time to disappear, but watching the confusion in the agency was too fun. He felt a little guilty about leaving Akutagawa like that, but it was only a fraction of the pain he felt when he left. He might just have to pay him a visit, besides, sleeping in abandoned warehouses was getting a bit old. He could always guilt trip Akutagawa to letting him sleep at his house.

So that's what he decided to do.

---

Akutagawa walked into his apartment and immediately knew he wasn't alone. He cautiously turned on the light and froze at what he saw.

Atsushi was sitting on his bed.

"Hi Akutagawa! Long-time no see!"
