Chapter 25

Zach parked his car in front of Corbyn's house and looked at Eliza.

"Ready?" Zach asked her, making her nod.

Zach leaned into her and kissed her lips and smiled. "I'll be back to pick you up. Enjoy the day and be safe."

"You too." Eliza said as she gave a kiss on his cheek.

"I love you." Zach reminded her.

"I love you too." Eliza smiled before she opened the door and tried to get out of the car.

"Eliza." Zach said, making her stop and look at him. "You look beautiful."

Eliza smiled before she leaned forward to his face and kissed him passionately as her arms snaked around his neck tightly pulling him closer to her. His arms snaked around her as hers.

Both of them pulled apart breathlessly as Zach placed his forehead on hers.

"I can't let you go." He whispered to her.

"Then don't." She whispered back looking into his gorgeous dark brown eyes.

"But I have to. Because Corbyn is waiting for you." Zach said gesturing towards Corbyn's house making her turn to see Corbyn leaning against the front door frame with his arms crossed. She could see a hint of jealousy written on his face.

She turned back to look at Zach who was watching her every move.

"Go and have fun." Zach smiled, making her nod and smile back before she got out of the car.

She walked towards Corbyn's house making a wide bright smile appear on Corbyn's face.

"Welcome to Corbyn's Kingdom, my lady." Corbyn said as Eliza stood in front of him and kissed her hand with a grin making her giggle.

"Let's go inside. Shall we?" Corbyn asked her, making her nod and walked inside the house.

Zach watched them in envy before he drove off.

Eliza was sitting on the sofa as Corbyn came with two coffee mugs.

"Here you go." Corbyn said, giving a coffee mug.

"Wow, Corbs. Your coffee is really better than mine." Eliza said after she took a sip from her coffee.

"Told ya." Corbyn grinned.

Eliza drank her coffee silently. Corbyn drank his coffee watching her every move.

"You need to stop staring at me like that. It's creepy you know?" Eliza asked Corbyn making bright red shades spread on his face.

"Are you blushing?" Eliza said, looking at him, making Corbyn hide his face as she placed her empty mug on the small table.

"No!" Corbyn yelled as he continued to hide his face.

"Yes, you are. Your face looked like a red tomato." Eliza said laughing.

"No, it isn't." Corbyn defended himself and glared at Eliza who tried to control her laughter.

"Okay." Eliza took a huge breath to calm herself down as Corbyn placed his empty mug next to Eliza's.

"I have a small gift for you..." Corbyn sang and pulled out a crown made out of fresh flowers.

"It's beautiful." Eliza said looking at the flower crown.

"May I? Corbyn asked.

"Of course." Eliza smiled making Corbyn place the flower crown on her head.
