Harry comes over and sits down beside me on the couch. He sits down and I look at his hand.

"What's wrong with your hand?"

"Nothing."

I roll my eyes as he looks back down at his book. Hermione and Ron come in and sit with us.

"The other hand."

I grab it as we all look at it, he has a long scar all the way to his wrist.

"You've got to tell Dumbledore."

"No. Dumbledore's got enough on his mind right now."

"I'll tell him, we have to meet tomorrow anyway."

"I don't want to give Umbridge the satisfaction."

I look at Ron and hermione, I frown but say nothing. I don't want to upset him anymore than he already is.

"Bloody hell, Harry. The woman's torturing you. If the parents knew about this..."

"I haven't got any of those, have I, Ron?"

He looks over at me and I frown, I close my eyes and stand up.

"Alexis I didn't..."

"I know Harry, I'm going to go to bed. Tomorrow I'll report this whether you like it or not."

I look at the trio and I walk up to my room. I get into bed and I relax enough to try to go to sleep.
——————————————————————-
I'm in the forest with Luna and a few thestrals is standing near us. I hear footsteps coming from behind me, I look at see Harry.

"Hello, Harry Potter."

Luna turns and smiles at him, I let one of them.

"Your feet. Aren't they cold?"

"A Bit. Unfortunately, all my shoes have mysteriously disappeared. I suspect Nargles are behind it."

Harry looks away from her and at the mysterious creatures.

"What are they?"

I turn to him and smile, I touch the snout of one.

"They're called Thestrals. They're quite gentle, really, but people avoid them because they're a bit... Different."

"But why can't the others see them?"

"They can only be seen by people who've seen death."

He looks over at Luna as she spoke.

"So you've known someone who's died, then?"

"My mum."

She pauses and just looks at the death horse with wings.

"She was quite an extraordinary witch, but she did like to experiment and one day, one of her spells went badly wrong."

She looks at him, I feel bad for her but because she was actually able to know her. She had a real connection with her mother.

"I was 9."

"I'm sorry."

"Yes, it was rather horrible. I do feel very sad about it sometimes, but I've got Dad."

She grabs an apple from her bag and hands it to me, she grabs another for herself.

"We both believe you, by the way. That He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is back, and you two fought him and the Ministry and the Prophet are conspiring against you."

"Thanks you luna, I'm glad a few people do."

I walk up to the mother of the little thing, I figured Luna would feed him. I pet the creature and throw up the apple. She stands on her hind legs and catches it.
