I clamped my mouth in shock when, that morning, I found a woman on his bed.

I had been earlier than usual, hoping to be ready with his coffee by the time he wakes up, and I had even practiced a few more times, for he had labelled my coffee as "terrible" three days in a row now.

I tiptoed in his bedroom, seeing it was already half past seven and to my shock, a woman was sprawled on the bed next to him.

Chest heaving, I went back to the dinner table and waited.

I didn't have to wait long, though.

"I never want to see you again," Eisuke intoned in a cold voice as he emerged from the bedroom without a shirt on, the woman trudging behind half naked, her ample bosom exposed before she covered it with a tube dress. My eyes widened and I looked down, but I couldn't help peeking from under my lashes.

"You don't mean that, darling." The woman seductively wrapped her arms around him which he tried to push away, but it only made the woman cling to him more, and his expression turned from disgust to incredulity when the woman held on tightly, kissing him on the lips which Eisuke tried to avoid, shaking his head from side to side. He then succeeded in pulling her off of him but not until she gave him a full kiss on the lips. Eisuke frowned when the woman paused by the door and blew him a kiss.

He frowned some more when he looked back and saw me for the first time, holding back my laughter by the table.

"Are you laughing at me?"

"No, Sir."

"Satine."

The sound of my name rolling off his tongue in a menacing tone, combined with an equally menacing glare made my eyes widen and in a fit of excitement I burst out laughing until my eyes grew misty.

Eisuke, arms crossed over his chest, said, "If you're done, you can start making that terrible coffee."

I still couldn't say anything for the life of me, the image of Eisuke trying to push the woman away was still vivid in my mind, and I found it so funny that my shoulders were shaking as I poured hot water on two cups.

His eyes were still narrowed when I sat down on his left.

"Not half bad this time," he muttered after taking one sip.

"That makes me so glad, Sir." I said excitedly, reddening almost at once at the sight of his tapered torso but when I looked up and stared into his eyes I again had the fit of the giggles.

"Stop that, already."

I straightened in my seat, snatched my iPad and started reading the topics, giggling from time to time and wiping my eyes.

"That."

"Ok, Sir."

"Be serious."

"I'm being serious, Sir." I widened my eyes and stared at him unblinking as if to prove that I was indeed being serious, but his expression earlier came flashing before my eyes and I again doubled up in helpless laughter.

Eisuke exhaled, annoyed.

"Right." I took a couple of deep breaths and started reading. "We have here... Record Slowdown in Some Countries' Economic Growth... Facebook Reports Saying It Adds More Than $200 Billion to Global Economy..."

"I admit I thought I was tackling with a snake."

I looked up at his sudden honesty, a ghost of a smile on his lips, and I laughed freely this time as he grinned at me.

"How can you even tolerate her, Sir?" I asked in between laughters.

Eisuke put down his tablet and shook his head. "She was alluring enough the night before."
