"Wait what? Alright...He had been born in Mussolini's Italy. He had survived decades in the time-warp reality of the Lotus Casino. He'd emerged in modern times disoriented and culture-shocked, arrived at Camp Half-Blood, and promptly lost his sister Bianca to a dangerous quest. He had wandered the Labyrinth in self-imposed exile, being tortured and brainwashed by a malevolent ghost. He'd overcome everyone's distrust and emerged from the Battle of Manhattan as a hero. He'd been captured by giants during the rise of Gaea. He'd wandered Tartarus alone and somehow managed to come out alive. And through it all, he'd struggled with his upbringing as a conservative Catholic Italian male from the 1930s and finally learned to accept himself as a young gay man. Anyone who could survive all that had more resilience than Stygian iron. Don't blame me! I didn't say nor think about it!"

"NICO DI ANGELO." they all said at the same time even those who weren't playing. Most were groaning it too. I think you can see who's everyone's favorite here.

"Wow, feeling the love there Nico?" Percy asked him.

"Absolutely." Nico had no emotion what-so-ever in his response.

"Wow, that is a lot of info to take in. Like a lot." Leo said looking genuinely shocked. He was also glancing at Nico in slight awe. Every one of the demigods' heads was reeling at some part of it as most really didn't know Di Angelo that well.

"Anyone wanna take a shot at who's think'n' it?" Grover asked the gods wile fighting a smile.

"A god obviously as even the boy in question looks in a stage of denial." Athena points out.

"Well I was under the impression I was born in D.C.." Nico retorts.

"There is nothing wrong with that. I'm betting ol' uncle Hades did that to make it seem like he wasn't breaking the rules and raising ya." Apollo tatles.

"I would be shutting up if I were your nephew." Hades warns glaring at him. The demigods are either snickering or looking at Nico in envy. Wow that's a sight, people looking at the son of Hades, who's life is a living nightmare in envy.

"I'd guess my brother since he seems so interested in the boy." Artemis guesses.

"Correct, lady Artemis."

"You do not want to know all the times I've gone out of my way to deliver something to Hades as everyone decides those two years to send stuff to Hades. For Persephone to slap me and say 'He's with his girl friend, slap him for me.'"

"You think they didn't do it on purpose just to agitate either you or my daughter?" Demeter growls.

"Ok moving on. What is up with this? Is it trying to get me killed? Don't kill me." Grover stood up and went and stood next to Rachel. "As soon as I lifted the tin something flew at me-a blur of flannel and blond hair. A hammer hurtled straight at my face.--The little girl struggled. She couldn't have been more than seven years old."

"Oh come on." a few demigods groaned which made it very annoying for the gods.

"'No more monsters!' She screamed, kicking me in the legs. 'Go away!'"

The gods were not very pleased as the whole demigod body was snickering. Somewhere smiling knowingly though.

"'It's ok!' I tried my best to hold her, but it was like holding a wildcat. Thalia looked too stunned to move. She still had her spear and shield ready.

"Oh that's how you scare a kid's pinecone face. Yep just hold up your shield of terror and agony to try and get them to calm down."

"SHUT UP SEAWEED BRAIN!"

"'Thalia,' I said,'put your shield away! Your scaring her!'"

"There we go, someone with some sense!" Percy added to his last comment yet no one even bothered shushing him this time.
