Chapter 3: Beach Day

Toru's pov

"How about we get up, change into fresh clothes, brush our teeth and then I'll get us some breakfast at the store?" I offered. I saw Y/n's eyes grow bright at the offer and Iwa was still waking up.

"Yes please Toru! Thank you so much!" She beamed at me so early in the morning and already so loud and cheerful. I smiled back at her and patted her head.

I looked back at Iwa and saw that he was falling asleep again. I took my water bottle at the side of Y/n's night stand and squirted some water over his face.

"Oi Shittykawa what the hell?!" He yelled out and that made Y/n and I laugh.

"I wanted to wake you up again because ypu were falling alseep. And yoi're more awake now that earlier so I guess it worked." I beamed at him.

I don't think he was very happy, because he gave me his signature death glare and then came a bit closer.

"Oikawa Toru. You'll pay for waking me this early by throwing water on me." His voice was serious and I immediately went silent. I backed away slowly and got up.

"He used your full name Toru... I guess you're royally fucked." Y/n stated. And I guess she was right.

Iwa jumped up and started to chase me around her room and then oit the door to their living room. At one point I even hid behind Aisha for protection and eventually Iwa calmed down as he started to get dry again. All Aisha did was sigh and then continued her breakfast.

Y/n came downstairs and she was dressed in shorts and my Saijo t-shirt. She always wore my and Iwa's clothes when we slept over. Cute.

Iwa and I ran up as we got dressed and brushed our teeth as well. I took my wallet and then the three of us head out of the door towards the Sakanoshita store again.

I gave Y/n a piggy back ride all the way. When we got to the store, she ran all the way to the breakfast specials and immediately chose the breakfast bun. She grabbed three of those for us and handed it to me. She then got three cans of coffee and one bottle of water for us to share.

I payed and head outside where Iwaizume stood.

"Hey guys, it's a beautiful day just like Aisha said. How about we go to the beach court today instead of the local one in the park?" He asked.

"That's a great idea Iwa!" I beamed at him. Y/n was practically jumping all around us of excitement. I chuckled at our little bundle of joy.

"We first need to go back home and get some sunscreen, and my volleyball!" She exclaimed.

She started dragging us back to her house and when we got there, she ran around searching for everything we needed. She hurried up back to us with an entire backpack full of things and she was out of breath from running. Although, that didn't stop her from jumping around and starting to run down the street.

"Iwa... you think we inviter a crack head into our group?" I titled my head at Iwaizume.

"Definitely." Iwaizume asnwered, and then turned his head to me with a smile. "But we love that maniac, don't we?"

"Yes. We do. Very much." Me and Iwaizume smiled then looked back at Y/n who suddenly stopped in her tracks.

"You two grandpa's coming or should I drag you again?!" She shouted out to us from a distance.

"Coming!" Iwaizume yelled back and we started joghing towards her.

When we got to her I put my hand on her shoulder and stopped her from running again.
