CHAPTER 11: Another fluffy moment

I didn't go to school today, and neither did Oikawa and Iwaizumi. Exams were over for me, and they only write tests again on next week Monday. 

It is Wednesday today. Right in the middle of the week. All three of us felt like we needed a break from all the pressure we've had on our shoulders lately.

They slept over at my house yesterday night. It's weird, but nice that Oikawa's parents started to let him do more things they usually didn't.

We decided to spend the day at the park volleyball court. I caught Oikawa trying to kiss Iwaizumi a couple of times where he'd blush crazily and then throw Oikawa with the volleyball. Of course I'd laugh my lungs out and then because Oikawa would put on a puppy face, he'd get what he wants.

We had a couple of tough games against some random people who'd ask for a friendly match. We were always more than happy for a challenge and then we'd agree.

The other team would always be surprised at how talented the three of us were.

"Okay, I still have Kosei- from the college team's- number. I can ask him if he'd bring two of his friends if he's able to meet up for a practice game today." Oikawa offered, and just as Iwa was about to turn it down, I beamed at the opportunity.

"Please Toru, do it! I really want to get even better than I am now. If I'm going to do better than both of you someday, I have to practice with people who's a lot better than I am."

Iwaizumi couldn't say no now. I always got what I wanted if I used the 'I want to be as good as you two someday' card.

"Fine, yes Toru. It would be really nice if they can come for Y/n's sake."

"Alright then. I'll be right back."

Oikawa called Kosei and Iwaizumi and I sat on the bench drinking some water.

It was still winter and here and there it still snowed, but you could feel spring was getting closer each day. The air smelt fresh and it slowly started to get warmer by the passing second. It was almost time for the cherry blossoms to bloom.

Oikawa came running back with excitement. "Okay, Y/n, how do you feel about skipping school tomorrow again and going on a trip with Iwa and I to the college near by?"

Was he serious? I WOULD SKIP SCHOOL TO DO THAT ANY TIME!

"HELL YEAH!" 

"Iwa and I huh? Who said I was going?" Iwaizumi pointed out.

Just as Oikawa was about to answer, I interrupted.

"You know Hajime, if you leave me and Toru to go alone, a college guy might take an interest in us both, and then he'd try to steal your husband and child away from you."

"I'm coming tomorrow. I can catch up with school work over the weekend." He quickly said and Oikawa and I just laughed.

"What are you laughing at idiots? I have to show the world you two are not on the market as a husband and daughter. You already belong to me." He crossed his arms and tried his best to look scary at this moment, but his blush was too visible.

Even though I skipped school, I still went to practice. Oikawa and Iwa did the same.

When I got to practice, the boys weren't stretching yet and I immediately took my first action as assistant coach.

I sat down on the gym floor and started to stretch.

"Hey boys, time to stretch!"

None of them even noticed I walked in, so they all had quite a fright when I called out. They all sat in a circle with me and stretched their muscles properly.
