Dark brown eyes, messy hair, a sharp jawline and full lips. Gorgeous, I thought to myself.

I broke out of my trance when I heard Kaitlyn say, " Okay guys, we probably don't know much about each other so how about an introduction?"

Introduction? Get me out of here someone.
Well, guess I can't escape from this.

It was my turn to introduce myself. I took a long deep breath and said in a soft voice, " I am Jen... I mean Jennifer. I'm 21, much like the rest of you."
After that tragically awkward introduction, I heard Kaitlyn thank me as she proceeded to nudge the guy with gorgeous eyes to introduce himself.

" I'm Zephyr,"  I heard a deep voice speak up.

That was a small introduction but wow he sounded so confident.

After everyone was done introducing themselves, Kaitlyn took charge and explained the entire plan to us.

" Okay, team, we'll work in groups of 2. Each group taking a sub-topic. I've already decided on the pairs. If you have any objection, please let me know," Kaitlyn's soft voice explained.

I wonder who I'm paired with. Kidding, you and I both know who I'll be paired with. This is a Wattpad story.

" Zephyr and Jennifer," I heard Kaitlyn say.

I totally didn't see that coming.

I'll anyway be working on this individually. I don't expect him to work with me and it'll be even better if he doesn't try to talk to me.

We dispersed after everything was discussed. I made my way towards the library to do the necessary research for the project.

" Hey partner, where are you going?" I heard a familiar deep voice call out.

" Library," I told the tall figure standing in front of me.

" We're supposed to be working together on this, so I'm coming with you," he said with a cheerful smile.

" Okay, you can tag along but let's just work individually, alright?" I said to him.

" Fine by me, miss," he said with a bright smile.

He had a gorgeous smile too. His dimples showcasing themselves proudly at the corner of his mouth.
Get a grip on yourself, Jen

The walk to the library was awkward and silent. Neither of us spoke a word to each other and I hope it stays that way.

After 30 minutes of silently reading through books and research papers, I put my pen down and stretched.

" Do you talk about anything other than please pass me that book and please sit straight?" He asked me as he curiously looked at my phone wallpaper.

I didn't respond. How are you even supposed to answer that question? I couldn't be rude and say " I talk more than you can imagine, just not with you." So I decided to stay quiet.

He stared at my supernatural-themed phone wallpaper. After a long pause, he asked, " You're a fan of supernatural too?"

"Too?"

I let out a soft squeal and responded, " Oh my god! Are you too? That's amazing. Have you seen the recent episode? The writers are surely cruel for leaving us on that cliffhanger, aren't they?"

I unleashed my inner fangirl and didn't even realise that it's been over ten minutes since I had started talking about my favourite TV show. After all, it was not every day that you met a fellow supernatural fan.

" And oh! The last scene where...," before I could complete my statement, I heard the words, " So you do talk after all. Fifteen minutes straight. Not bad Miss."

As soon as I heard him say that, I swallowed my words and turned tomato red as I realised what just happened.

Damn you, supernatural.

" And you've gone quiet again. Please don't get me wrong. I just wanted us to talk so that we could get to know each other. After all, we're working in a group."

" Okay how about this, you and I could watch some supernatural together and work on the research too after college ends. How does that sound?" He asked with a big smile on his face.

Watching supernatural together and discussing fan theories. That just sounds like a dream come true. But wait, I don't even know this guy. We met an hour ago. What if he's some sort of a serial killer?

Seeing me lost in deep thought, he said, "Chill out, I'm not going to kill you. I mean look at me, I'm harmless."

He cupped his cheeks with both his hands and pouted.

How could I say no to that face? But wait, how'd he read my thoughts?

Seeing him with that cheerful smile and puppy dog eyes I let out a soft "okay"

I couldn't believe that I had agreed to go to someone's house just because they were a fan of Supernatural. I'd be careful. He seemed harmless, I tried to convince myself.

" Okay, but where do you live?"  I asked him.

" Walton Street," he answered.

" No way, you're a five minute walk from my house. We stay so close and yet I've never seen you around," I said with a surprised expression.

That's because you never get out of your room, Jen, I heard the voice in my head speak.

" See you after college, Jennifer," he said with a smile and left after writing down his number in my notebook.
