Halloween Special!

"Yo, 'sup my homies!"  Jaden greets, walking in with bagging jeans, a bulky gold chain, and a backwards ballcap. 

"Nothin' much, my man!"  Jesse responds, pulling Jaden in for a bro hug. 

You giggle at the sight: both boys were matching - Jaden just had on red and Jesse had on blue. 

"Why, 'ello my fellow subjects!"  Jack says, doing a queen-wave, as he waltzes in, a big crown on his head with a white flowing cape. 

You laugh.  "Hello, your majesty,"  You retort sarcastically, doing an exaggerated bow, some fake blood running down your arm. 

Out of nowhere, Yusei stumbles into the room, his hair a freaking mess. You rose an eyebrow at him.  "Mad scientist?" 

He nods, holding up a flask full of dyed liquid. He fixes his stained white lab coat, but almost drops the flask. 

"Ugh, Yusei, here,"  You grab the flask and push his safety goggles back on his nose. 

"Thanks," He smiles, turning to find Crow, who was dressed as a magician.

You nod and turn to find two boys at the other end of the room.  "Eeek!"  You playfully scream, as you see the "twins" Yugi and Yami. [reference to The Shining]. 

Someone taps your shoulder, causing you to spin around. This time, you scream for reals. 

The white-haired male covers his ears, as you back away.  "Wait! (Y/N), it's me, Ryou,"  He says, a skeleton balanced over his shoulder. 

"Oh, okay,"  You smile shyly. "Tell me that's fake, right?" You ask, pointing at the skeleton who's empty eye sockets were filled with two bright red orbs. 

"Um, I hope so,... but now that you mention it, I did get it from Bakura,..." Ryou trails, examining the skeleton's bony hand. 

"Well, I'm sure it's fake,"  You answered too cheerfully, turning around to see if everyone had arrived yet. 

"Nyeh! Stop it!"  You heard a Brooklyn accent scold. Joey walked in, wearing a bright pair of sunglasses, a Hawaiian floral shirt, and a lei flower necklace. 

Tristan arrived right beside the blonde, poking at Joey's glasses. "...Seriously man, how can you see with those things on?"  Tristan spoke, fixing his black tie. 

"Hello boys,"  You greeted. "What are you, Tristan?" 

He scoffed. "I'm one of Kaiba's security dudes," He informed, poking his thumb at his tuxedo-like costume. 

"Ahh, okay." 

"So cute!!"  You heard a squeal from your doorway. 

Teá walked in, dressed in a flashy show dress, followed by Mai who was a Harpy Lady, and Serenity, who chose to be a waitress. 

"Hey girls!"  You singsonged, as the threesome walked in. 

"Hi (Y/N). It's so nice of you to host this year," Teá said, scanning the room for Yugi. 

"Yes, I agree. It's been such a crazy year," Serenity replied. "I'm thankful for a break." 

You nodded in agreement, watching Mai go over to Joey. 

"Just a few more people..."  You thought, as you scanned the now-packed room. 

"Aw yeah! I'm so feelin' the flow!" 

You rolled your eyes at the familiar catch phrase, as your eyes soon met with the hyper boy's. "What costume is that, Yuma?" 

"Um, I'm not sure. I just kinda threw something together,..." 

"Well, duh! You didn't even let me help! I offered to, but-" 

Tori and Yuma were thrown into another argument, as Shark and Kite pushed their way around the two. Rio greeted you afterwards, pulling Trey with her. You giggled as they passed by: they were both dressed as a king and a queen from the Victorian age. [they are dating in the story, btw].

Shark was dressed in all black. "So, are you a bank robber, a gangster,...?" You trailed, tilting your head at the purple-haired male. 

He rolled his eyes. "No, I'm a motorcycle dude." 

Kite scoffed. "Ya, well I can't see how that was very clever. You can't even tell what it is." 

"Yes, you can." 

"No, you can't!" 

"Boys, boys! Enough. Anyway, Kite, what's your costume?" 

"Guess (Y/N)." 

You thought for a moment.  "An adventurer that paraglides around!" 

"See, she can tell what my costume is," Kite retorted to Shark, smirking. 

You rolled your eyes. This was gonna be a long night. 

                                  *********time skip**********

"98...99...100!"  You heard Joey and Tristan count.  "Ready or not, here we come!" 

You were currently playing hide and seek, with all the lights turned off. There was scary music playing softly in the background, adding more effect to the spooky night. 

"Nyeh!"  You heard Joey exclaim.  "I just ran into something sticky,"  He whined, as you heard his footsteps cross through the hall. 

You smiled, knowing that your hiding spot was never gonna be found anytime soon. [you pick where it is]

A few minutes went by, and the boys had found almost all of the 20 people present at your party. 

"Hey, (Y/N)!"  You heard Tristan call, running around. 

"We only have 4 people left,"  Joey grumbled, as he walked past your hiding spot without a second thought. 

"Wait. And those 4 people would be?..." Tristan asked. 

Joey sighed.  "I think it's Kite, Shark, Ryou, and (Y/N)," You heard him say, as he ran down the hallway. 

Suddenly, the music stopped and the lights flickered, even though they were supposedly turned off. 

You heard screams, followed by an outcry: "Nyeh! Cut the crap, (Y/N)! That's not funny!" 

You slowly rose from your hiding place.  "That was not me, Joey,"  You called back. 

"Then who was it?"  Tori yelled, scrambling in her pink princess dress, her heels echoing off your tiled floor. 

"Okay, everyone calm down. I need everyone to meet me in the living room! Hide and seek is over!"  You yelled, calming everyone. 

Once everyone got there, you did a quick headcount.  "Great, everyone's here. Now, before this gets more spooky and creepy, let's split into groups. And, make sure you have a flashlight,"  You added, pulling a box of flashlights from the closet in the living room. 

"Damn,"  You heard a male voice say. 

You rolled your eyes.  "Now, I'll split everyone into groups. If you have someone you want to be in a group with, stand next to them,"  You instructed, flicking on your flashlight so you could see. 

And here are the groups: 

- Tori, Yuma, Rio, and Trey

- Joey, Mai, Serenity, and Tristan

- Yusei, Jack, and Crow

- Yami, Yugi, Teá, and Ryou

- Kite, Shark, Jaden, and Jesse  {need some responsible peeps in this group🤣}
