"Who I used to be?" Lily asked, leaning further back than what she was before. From the outside looking in, it would seem that she was trying to sink into the cushions of the couch and let them swallow her hole. So everytime he would lean closer to her, she would sink further into the couch to avoid him. Negan was smirking, almost like he found it a game.

"Yes, who you used to be." Negan confirmed. Lily's eyebrows frowned and her cheeks puffed out slightly as she tried to figure out what that meant. "What does that mean exactly?" Lily asked, trying to figure it out on her own but failing. The man across from her smirked slightly before leaning back in his chair. It was odd to see him leaning back in his chair for once, almost relaxing. But she was still on edge from seeing the smirk on his face still.

"Raina said you were a raging badass. That you, well you were well on your way to running shit - that you were important to that little group of yours." the man clarified for her. Lily's eyebrows never stopped frowning; they were knitted together in her confusion.

"Everyone get your shit together it's run day!" Lily called to the group in front of her lounging around in the courtyard of the prison instead of getting ready for the day long run they would be going on to find supplies for the growing community. Dory sauntered up to the group with a bag hanging from her hand and her crossbow - identical to Daryls hanging off her back.

"Hey, you want people to work with you - work with them. Stop screaming like a banshee when we have walkers lined up at the gates looking for dinner and talk to them like people." the woman commented before glancing at the group and nodding her head to the cars. "Go on, all of you." Dory said making everyone in the group nod their heads and scramble to grab their belongings before heading to the cars. Lily huffed before turning to Dory with her arms crossed over her chest.

"What are you looking at?" Dory asked, crossing her own arms. The tattoo on her shoulder was on full display due to her black tank top she was wearing in the heat from the sun. "You weren't scheduled to go on the run today." Lily commented making Dory smirk slightly. "I had two little birdies request that I supervise." Dory said before walking to her brother's motorcycle she would be taking today.

"I think you've mistaken me for someone else." Lily said with an unimpressed look. "Firecracker, I never make mistakes." Negan replied with a snicker making Lily shake her head. "That was Dory. She's the one that took care of things and ran shit, not me. So if you want someone worth your while you'd need her." Lily told him, shaking her head at the memories of the fights the two women would share on occasion.

"Ah yes, Dory." Negan said with a faint smile. "She was here for a while in fact. Went on her way a few weeks later and found herself a cute little place to stay if i do say so myself." he explained to the woman. A knock on the door is what stopped the man from his thoughts, telling whoever it was to come in.

The door opened slowly and a woman with dirt on her face poked her head in before bowing her head slightly. "Ah yes Mary, I assume you brought breakfast?" Negan said with a cocky smile. The woman nodded her head quickly and Negan ushered her in along with another woman. They both placed trays of steaming hot food down on the table along with two mugs of coffee. They bowed quickly before scurrying out of the room and closing the door behind them.  Before them sat all kinds of breakfast foods, all steaming hot as if they just left the kitchen. Lily could feel her mouth water at the smell of fresh food and the sight of fresh berries but she stayed where she was.

Negan leaned forward once more before piling a plate full of food before glancing to the woman and handing it to her, dishing out his own. "Eat. Like I said, you have a big day today." he said, leaning back and digging into his own meal. Slowly, Lily brought a fork full of eggs to her mouth, almost crying in excitement at the taste of fresh eggs rather than powdered. "What exactly do you mean by that exactly?" Lily asked after swallowing the food in her mouth.

"You have shit to learn if you're going to help me run this place one day." he told her, making Lily choke on her food. She grabbed one of the mugs of coffee and took a sip trying to ease herself once more. "Help you run this place? When did I ever agree to that?" she asked him, making Negan chuckle.

"Firecracker, you don't have much of a choice."
