thirty nine.
"Y/N! I am joining too!" Mina surprised you when the moment you entered the place, she blurted that
But her news made you so happy. You quickly rushed to her and peeked on her table where an invitation card is resting.
"That's great!" You clapped your hands.
"I also got other offers from other companies, so I am quite torn about what should I choose." Mina bit her lip. "For the meantime, I will stay here. I mean, duh! It is Trip to Busan!"
An idea made it's way quickly. "Hey, Mina. I think you should move to their offers instead of staying here."
Her brows furrowed cutely and playfully crossed her arms. "Why so?"
"Of course I'd like you to stay, I am comfortable with you the most. But I honestly think you'll have more opportunities there. It's quite obvious this whole place is a joke, I mean they fail to see your talents." You bitterly said, deep from your heart, with all hatred. "It's really frustrating here because they keep on adding up our works!"
Mina cracked a smile. "You seem more desperate to leave than anyone."
"O-Oh, of course not," You quickly fixed yourself not to look so obvious that something's going on between you and the guys. "It's just a suggestion."
"To be honest, I don't mind if they don't see my works or potentials. I just wanna keep expressing into this kind of way." A splash of guilt slightly triggered you. Mina is that passionate and you only hoped the best for her. "If I'm having my own life in the future, I will be building my own Publishing Company! And you should be there!"
You just gave her a grin, not knowing what to answer.
"Oh right. Perhaps, this is not what you really like. I'm curious about you suddenly. You know that I quit school because my parents wouldn't let me go to, and that's the only thing we get to agree on." She beamed you a smile. "How about you?"
Your lips instinctively pursed flat. You quietly looked away as you grabbed your notes. "It's dangerous."
"What is dangerous?"
Everything, Mina. You thought. Even talking to me counts as one.
This was even the reason why you lost your friends and the original bond, and why you lose them — the guys.
To add up the list of your fortunate events, the screen infront suddenly lit up. Today, everyone is still rushed to pass up their performances and it was reminded that a higher position will be evaluating each work.
Soon, those participants who are luckily invited to Trip to Busan edition are called out for a personal meeting. You noticed how there are more representatives in the Second class compared to Third and First. There's nothing special aside from explaining the whole schedule. You somehow find this shady. Like why will they have this kind of event? But you won't deny that you'll gonna enjoy it. You're excited, to be honest.
Wait a minute. The boys are not coming, right?
You raised your hand, earning everyone's attention and you regretted it almost immediately.
"Yes, what's your question?" The woman speaking infront asked.
You gulped awkwardly. "Uhh.. I am just.. curious. Are we the only ones attending? Are the Leaders gonna be there too?"
