driving through Woodsphere was like a breath of fresh air. While big cities were crowded with industries, skyscrapers, and traffic. Woodsphere was surrounded by greens. The town was centred with mountains of all sizes rising from the ground. The forest gathered all around the beautiful landscape, giving the town its fresh aroma of wood and leaf.

The fresh air of natural earth reached Wisley's nose as he steps outside of Mitchel's green wagon. The car brightly and perfectly blended in with the town. Shops and buildings were closely built together, leading to a vast lake filled with marine life. This was the heart of Woodsphere. Where events are constantly being held. Where the economy strives with a variety of shops and workplaces.

Right before Wisley's eyes stood the convenience store that his family owns. Blue letters on top of the roof form a name that he is familiar with, Benners' store.

Quite a few people were walking around the town, going in and out of the shops. Cars of different sizes coming and going. Just as he was about to open the door, he was met with two customers stepping outside the store.

"Have a great day. Be sure to visit again." Sarah yelled out behind the counter. "Tourists, gotta love them. they'll buy the whole drink section if you let them."

"Can't blame 'em." Mitchel walks through the store with Lillith in hand, setting the desserts onto the counter near the cash register that Sarah was punching in. "it's unusually hot this summer year. Even Arvy's farm is taking the impact. I bet it's all the doings of climate change. " He added on, grabbing two soft drinks from the refrigerator. he gave one to Wisley, who was uncomfortably sitting on a wooden stool.

He took the drink from his father's grasp, looking around the store. "Seems like a lot has changed around here." He looked at his father, then at Sarah. "everything looks more modernized...different."

"A good kind of a different or-," Sarah smiled at the boy, especially when his eyes grew larger.

"No no it looks good, nice vibe to it," Wisley said quickly. A red tint on his cheek growing, when both Sarah and Mitchel laughed at his embarrassment. But luckily for Wisley, his sister came running from an aisle with a small can of pringles in her hand. Asking their parents for permission and taking their attention away from Wisley.

He was still holding the cold can in both hands. sipping the drink and feeling the sugary taste in his mouth. He was thinking about the strange yet beautiful creature he has seen in the forest. How he wanted to find it and perhaps even pat it. All the thoughts about the wolf made him think about something.

"Hey, dad?" Wisley looked yet again at his father. he put the can down, having a loss of appetite to drink the unhealthy amount of soda. "about the wolf thing, you told us at the-"

The sudden squeal of his sister made Wisley stop talking. His sister proceeded to pull her mother's hands and tell her about the white wolf. She was blabbering non-stop now, mostly nonsense stuff that didn't happen or that couldn't have even happened. She was shifting the story into her version, ruining the innocent picture Wisley had sculpted from the wolf.

"The wolf wasn't even going to attack us, Lilith, it's not a monster." Wisley decided to jump in the conversation, protecting the creature of the wild. Which made Lilith pursed her lip out. "You don't know that."

"all right now Lilith, that's enough. We're gonna be late to your art lessons if we don't hurry."

"Don't wanna, not today mom please please please," Lilith's wails rang through the store, but the mother didn't pay any mind to her noisy child. Pushing her daughter towards the door.

"we'll be home at around three, see you guys there." Both mother and daughter were gone now. The store quieter now that the child had left.

Wisley's focus was back on his father who was fixing the surveillance camera. The plasma screen changes every few seconds and showing the different angles of the store.
